Are you kidding? You call this a quarter pounder? Does that include the weight of all the slop on this burger? It is loaded with sauce that is oozing out of it and the burger is like a regular hamburger. Do you think we are stupid? Do you think we don't see you raising prices and making the portions smaller? The chicken nuggets are even smaller and I got home with no honey mustard in the bag. How hard is it to get an order right in comparing what is on the receipt to what is in the bag? Last time I got an Egg McMuffin, that was smaller too. And the kiosk inside was not working right. Plus you had employees sitting in the lobby and out on the curb. All this and yet you charge more than a diner!

Here is the award for the worse customer service, this big handsome guy who worked today was very very umprofesional, I picked up my order at 11 PM EST on December 2/2025 just in case there is a manager who can revirew the camera, i had a mobile order, this guy let me wait and let other customers go in front of me, and he mess up my order, i dont know what is the deal with this beautiful gentlement? @Manager please review the camera and see why he did what he did? Never come back.

horrible. everytime we go there. verrrrry slow service. we let that go. now today was a final straw. we ordered L caramel frap. we tasted some leftover fruit smoothie in there. it happens sometimes but i didnt like the taste. so my husband went back and asked for a replace. he looked around, no help. manager on the ph. texting away. he asked excuse me??? finally and then he explain abt the frap to this kid puertican boy and he told him yeah it does have fruit in it. so my husband was like are u serious.. and they both went off exchanging few more words and then the final was he asked my husband, did you make it? so he was done w. tht kid and asked for someone else. finally manager got off her ph texting from the entire time they were tlking. then black lady came by and said this is how we make this (gave us new replacement) and said dont come back. i will not make it again. WOW.. pooor disrespectful employees. horrible service. now we re blasting this off to you all about them. DO NOT GO to 2300 East Bay Dr Largo 33770! is this how they representing MCD acting this way!?

Ask for food to be made fresh. Cashier said they make their food fresh everytime. My Mc doubles and chicken sandwich were not at made fresh temp. I always ask cook per order so he lied. I had to go back and get a sandwich they forgot also.

I went in there to buy two egg McMuffins. The lady asked me am I sure I don’t want sausage because they’re on sale I said no egg McMuffins. She rang up two sausage when I took it back. The manager said well you have to pay the difference. I told her that was fine. She got an attitude Fussed at the lady who rang me up then the lady that rang me up came around to argue with me as if I don’t know what I want two egg McMuffins not sausage. They’re very rude in there and that explains why the few times I’ve stopped in there. There’s never anybody in there

Selina was the staff member who waited on us. She was quick, polite and our order was perfect. The restaurant was clean. Good job.
Absolutely horrific experience at this location while attempting to pick up an order. Was told a certain time frame, which was pushed back almost 25 minutes. Cashier at the front was incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers, including another that had waited 20 minutes in the pick up spot. Save your time and money, use a different location or restaurant.

Come on now it's already 32 degrees in Clearwater poeple trying to eat warm food and ya have the air conditioner so far up it's double digit cold up in here, by the time somebody sit down to eat they would have to get right back up and return food that was supposed to be hot for hot food in seconds

Excellent Customer service compared to the McDonald's by my house on 49th Street in Lealman... I actually avoid my McDonald's to go to this one on my way to work because the customer service is so great!!
