Absolutely horrendous customer service today. First, I ordered table service and the staff (of whom there many standing around doing nothing) couldn’t be bothered to find the table so they just yelled out my name and order repeatedly until I walked up to the counter.
As I was leaving, I attempted to get a refill from the self service machines, but all that was available was caffeine free Diet Coke. When I asked the girl up front for a refill from behind the counter she “it’s in the machine over there” and walked away. When I double checked the machine for regular Diet Coke and it wasn’t an option, I walked back up the counter to the same girl and told her. She rolled her eyes and yelled out “can someone get a Diet Coke up here”. Another guy then walked up and told me again that it was in the machine and I said “no, it isn’t, but I’ll get what’s in there because your staff doesn’t want to put in the effort to make one behind the counter”. So I go to the machine, get the caffeine free Diet Coke, and it ended up being regular Dr. Pepper that came out.
All of this hassle and attitude because 8-9 workers standing behind the counter doing nothing were too sorry to make one drink.
I will not be back.

Came here today to get my favorite food just for it to be ruined by this worker I kindly made a joke saying the worker missed a spot and he responded with “ get a job here and you can clean it “ don’t think people should be treated that way! & typical to get dirty and rude responses from this person.

Not quite sure what is wrong with the staff that works at this location. Every time I go in here, the staff is arguing with each other and customers. I understand that jobs can get stressful at times, but there seems to be issues EVERY TIME I enter this place. On Saturday night, I witnessed the so-called manager on duty argue with a customer, cussing her out over an order of nuggets. Mind you, the customer was cool, calm, and collective the entire time and simply wanted an explanation for her order being incorrect. The impatient manager on duty this night took it upon herself to cuss the customer out and then proceeded to ignore the customer afterwards without resolving the simple issue at hand. This was not the first time I’ve witnessed the employees taking like this to customers, unfortunately. In addition, I waited 10 minutes for an employee to seal my DoorDash order while she casually looked on to what was happening. I was never greeted, spoken to, or anything. Instead, the entire staff was so locked in to the poor behavior of this “manager”, they ignored the fact that they had a dining room full of paying customers. Let’s also acknowledge that this location is consistently dirty, messes up orders, and allows for loitering outside of its establishment. I am appalled at the behaviors of this staff and lack of respect for people, let alone paying customers. There is no excuse for individuals (especially those who consider themselves a McDonald’s manager) to treat people so poorly.

The fries are always either cold & soggy, or have 0 salt on them. The shake machine is down frequently. I usually always use the drive through, but i took my 2 young children inside a week or so ago, and I kid you not, the workers were goinf WILD. They were screaming and running in and out of the store. One of the girls fell over the counter and was laying on the floor screaming and yelling and laughing... it was legit insane. I dont care about people having fun at work, but we had to take our food and go because they were literally screaming and yelling & my 3 year old is autistic and cannot handle environments like that.

I come to this McDonald’s every morning and everybody is very friendly there except for the lady in the drive-through that it takes the money not sure what her name is. She has curly hair, but she’s not really friendly for being in customer service and that is why I give it a three star

Awful staff they are all children working being loud yelling and cursing they make the play area door stay open so the kids playing can hear the ignorance and foul language coming from the staff. Why is this place being ran like this?

I actually don’t live in florida and have never gone to this mcdonald’s in my life. but just from a story I was told by a dear friend of mine. I think you guy are the best and awesome ! never let these reviews bring y'all down. the upmost respect for you guys for real. did what we all wished we could do. really love to y'all. happy holidays <3
