I recently placed an order through DoorDash, requesting a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a large lemonade, no ice. However, I received a medium lemonade with ice. It appears that online orders are not handled with the expected care. Because everytime I order through third party it's always something wrong or something missing.

Went there Tuesday March 24th 7am breakfast time, the white girl with long disgusting fingernails handed me my food and drink, no straw or napkins cause she was to busy talking to another girl and joking around. First thing the nail thing is very gross when handling food. I ordered two sausage mc muffins one was toasted like they should be the other was raw. Managers at this location always had problems hiring the right people. One day I walked in and all the employees for finding each other screaming and yelling ignoring customers I turn around and walked away.

The food is good. However, I always have an items missing. Sometimes the food sometimes the condiments. This is not a one time Visit review. It’s happened to me five out of the last seven times Both delivery and Drive-thru. I called the last time the manager in charge act like it was normal. I got the Corporate number after the last phone call. Spoke with a customer service and told me a store lead with him in touch with me. That has been 3 to 4 days ago. What happened to people taking pride in their jobs?

Ordered 10 sausage egg mcmuffins .After30 minutes asked where my order. Lady checked and came back saying they forgot. Watch them for 10 minutes more and told them they where making ham mcmuffins. Lady got mad and said no, being late for meeting I left with no food. I lost $50.16 Very poor customer service

Have been coming to this McDonald's for awhile now however tonight was one of the worst experiences . I had an order from the previous night and the food was cold and not what I ordered. I was in a time crunch and couldn't return it right away . I go to return it tonight and the heavy set manager with the little hair gave me an attitude and said I should have brung it back the same night . I wanted my order remade however I just decided getting a refund was the better option . He is very unprofessional has a extremely bad attitude and was very rude . I do not recommend going if he is on shift . Oh and if you do please don't ask for any substitutions like no salt on fries or light ice in a drink or he will roll his eyes and say rude things ..! Very disappointed in the service I received .

Just left there was greeted with a very loud and rude, ”Hello” on the speaker box while I said I was waiting for my app to generate my code for my points and I said hello Please be patient I am waiting on my code OK I am ready, She still did not enter my code, fast forward to the window where she slammed it on me TWICE and did not give me my receipt, where I had to wait three minutes for her to give me the wrong receipt, Where I had to go to The next window for a very lovely Young lady to help me get my receipt and my food and settle the whole thing because she actually did her job. The rude young lady was wearing a red long wig this day and she was wearing braces I am placing this very review. Don’t go into customer service if you don’t plan on using customer service skills.
