They charge 3.49 extra to get a large Carmel frappe and then when they serve it the cup is only 3/4 full of frappe. And the rest is whipped cream. By the time I received it the whip cream was melted down to under the rim of the cup. So they charged extra for a large then only gave a medium pretty much. Terrible service.

I made an order online through the app and received a message saying that the food was going to be brought to the table. So I picked a table by the play place area, which by the way was very hot, and waited. When the food was on the counter, the cashier just started to call the order number and never intended to take it to the table. So, if the restaurant is too busy for clerks to take the food to the tables, why would you offer that option?

Horrible service. Utopia dine in procedures. Clinical actually, it's horrible. Two years ago this McDonald's was better. Kiosks ordering, very horrible service, the food was greasy, greasy buns, it was a quarter pounder not add crisco as ketchup. The lady behind counter gave us drinks without ice, I pray she's not the manager, but it's OK, I called corporate on them for last night's service was unacceptable
