I don’t know what has happened to this location but I went in last night around 6:15pm to grab dinner for me and my kids and the server seemed as if she was over it and did not want to be there. There was no friendly interaction at all, to make things worse they had just put out a fresh batch of white rice and steak off the grill and when I later got home and bit into the steak in my bowl it was tough as nails! Pretty much every piece was so hard I could not chew it! To top it off the rice was not cooked, it was crunchy! And the chips were so hard and stale, they tasted rubbery. I could NOT believe it! I literally wanted to cry! I took a picture of the pieces of steak I could not eat and the rest which were smaller pieces I fed to my dog. I was blown away as I spent almost $60 bucks for horrible hospitality and dinner that I could not eat. I used to love this Moe’s and I know businesses are going through it with this economy but come on yall this is not right, I’m scared to ever go back!!

The place was a mess and they ran out of the basic foods like rice, chicken, beans. I’m a regular and it is never this bad. Very unorganized and drink machine filled with ice and most of the drinks out. No drink tops were out and the sauces were very messy! I do not appreciate this and don’t know if I will be back!!

This Moe's is great! The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. I love their brewed tea. I usually eat there 2 times a week for lunch, so I see the consistency.
Been here many times before when the food was much better. Tonight the rice bowl I had with chicken was awful. The rice tasted like someone poured a ton of lime juice over it. The chicken was cut in tiny pieces off the edge of the breast because they didn’t have any breasts cooked all the way through in the middle. Couldn’t believe I paid over $10 for that rice bowl. Terrible! Would have walked out but my son’s tacos were getting cold and didn’t want to walk out empty handed. Should have left the rice bowl there for sure. This place used to be fairly well maintained. Not tonight. A couple of new people that were having trouble but were trying. The place just didn’t seem as clean as I’ve seen it in the past either. To make matters worse, my son got a bad stomach ache a few hours after eating the tacos. Will make my tacos at home next time. Won’t be going back to this establishment.

We just left this Largo location & there was a wonderful lady named Liz helping out at this store from the Roosevelt store. She went above & beyond to take care of us. We enjoyed her positive personality & perfect customer service so much we stayed to chat & will visit with her in her home store. Thank you, Moe’s for hiring such wonderful people! Literally should have told y'all to just keep the food. Seriously. I came in after a long ten hours shift and wanted a rice bowl. The rice (BOTH) we dried and clumpy. Never seen the rice look like that before at any moes. Ground beef was black that's how long it had been sitting there . Got my son a quesadilla too. They wouldn't honor the 25% off coupon on the app because it wasn't showing when I entered my phone number but it was showing for them on the app to scan. No welcome to moes. Only the green salsa in the salsa bar was available. Everything else was gone. Bad customer service was given as well. Should have just walked out and made y'all keep it.

Employee was cleaning when I walked in, using a scrubby to clean in between the containers of food, with the food still sitting there. When I ordered she just grabbed the to go container with the dirty gloves she was cleaning in and starting grabbing my food. I explained I didn’t want it because she didn’t change her gloves. She really rudely told me to have a good night. Not a lot bothers me, but non sanitary food places are a huge pet peeve.
