I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Moe's Southwest Grill! The food was beyond amazing, bursting with flavor and freshness. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Moe's.

I wanna say the attitude of Aiden & the amount of food given is subpar at best, kid caught an attitude when I asked for more corn & rice then proceeded to give me about 7-10 chips until I said something. Shoutout to Ethan & Victoria for always making a proper bowl for $23 but this visit was absolute trash.

Just got my order from door dash and all my sauces on the side that I requested were missing and I paid for double steak meat in the home wrecker and it's barely a single normal portion. Not happy when I spend a significant amount of money to eat conveniently and take the time to customize my order without the return and promise from the Moe's franchise. Definitely will be my last order, thanks.

Healthy choice, nice and quiet here, nice selection, friendly staff.
Paid for 2 burritos and a cup of queso for Togo. When I got home all I had was burritos no queso. It wasn’t even busy, there was one other customer.

I attempted to call to speak to the manager before just posting a bad review, but they didn't answer the phone and the mailbox is not accepting voicemails. One of their salsas on their salsas bar is fermented. Disgusting. All the chips I got are stale. And the girl at the register is charging extra for white meat chicken without checking that you actually did get white meat chicken (I didn't), which isn't the end of the world, but the salsa being fermented is absolutely disgusting. I'll make sure my clinic doesn't get catering from here ever again.
Any Moe's I've ever been to the food is always awesome. They always pack the burritos or shells or whatever it may be with food it's nice that you get to pick what you want on it. The price is okay for these times because prices are high everywhere so I can't really complain because it's worth it anyways and I'm sure you'd probably spend the same amount at other taco type places.

Tonight will be the last night we ever eat at this Moe's. We ordered 3 burritos to go. Got home and there was so much salt in the burrito's that you couldn't eat them. I called to speak to a manager and his response was "I'm sorry about that but you have a great night". No explanation, no offer to remake them, and then huge up on me. There is no "welcome to moe's" when we come in. I'm super disappointed. I will put in a call.to corporate Monday if I remember but this was absolutely unexceptable. Basically just threw $50 away.
