It was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered 2 pizzas, 10 wings, and garlic knots. Pizza is too thin and dry. The garlic knots were as hard as rocks, and the wings were very hard. Everything tasted stale and was not good. My teeth and gums hurt from trying to eat the food. Won't be coming back. I wrote this on my original review and someone did not like what I had to post. If you cant handle one negative comment then you shouldn't be dealing with people. You say your garlic knots are made fresh. They were not.. and honestly I can see why your pizza is cheap. It taste cheap. I will be telling people about your nasty reply to my review. HAVE A FANTASTIC DAY! :)

Pizza was only $10 for large 2 topping, and it was very well seasoned. I don’t even expect a pizza to be well seasoned most of the time but it was very welcome

Outstanding! Honestly, words hardly do this place justice. From my very first visit to now countless returns, Mama Rose Pizza has never failed to impress. Their specials are legendary—especially the 99-cent cheese slices that taste like pure New York nostalgia.
The heart of this place comes from the owners, Mama Rose and Uncle Vinny. They bring so much energy and warmth that you instantly feel like part of the family. On just my second visit, Uncle Vinny remembered my name and even listened to my suggestion about offering his homemade ranch in larger bottles so I could enjoy it at home. That kind of care is rare.
The atmosphere is electric—from Yankees games on the TV to the authentic New York/New Jersey vibes in the air. And let’s talk about the food: the homemade sauce is packed with flavor, and the cook in the back reminds me of my Nana. She pours her spirit into the dough, and I swear there’s a secret ingredient—maybe a mix of sugar, spice, and sunshine—that makes it perfect every time.
The whole staff is incredible. Even during a rush, the cashiers greet you with a smile, making every visit a bright spot in my day. The place keeps evolving and renovating, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Absolutely the best food in Pinellas County! The pizza is phenomenal especially the white pizza, subs are great and wings are to die for! The owners are amazing and their establishment is perfect! Go check them out you won’t be disappointed!
Found as close to NY-NJ pizza in this little hole in the wall family pizza joint. We tried it as part of a secret grab bag offer (end of the day restaurants have left over food they sell at a discount but you need to prepurchase the morning of, and the offers go fast).
Met the owner, his family has been in the pizza business for over 100 years, out of Brooklyn.
