Mr. D's Breakfast & Lunch

Absolutely love Mr. D’s Diner! Hands down the best prices in the area and you can taste the freshness. Real homemade soups, scratch-made hash and the kind of comfort food you just don’t find everywhere anymore. It’s a cozy, small-town diner we visit every time we’re in town. Be prepared for a little wait on the weekends, but trust me it’s totally worth it! Great food, friendly service. We’ll be back!

The cook had to clear our table so we could be seated so it was a little wait. Our waitress, Jen never brought our muffins, even after I asked. I watched her get orders wrong and forget what folks asked for. After what seemed like forever, people who came in after us were getting their food, we walked out and went to Suzy's. There the service is fantastic and we were eating within 10 minutes of arriving.

The restaurant was very nice. It's a little place, so I don't recommend large parties, but maybe if you call ahead. The food was very good. Decent portions for the cost. All in all, very nice, and we were happy.

Fast friendly service. The chicken and waffles were perfect. Hand breaded Chicken tenderloin and maple infused waffle. Definitely coming back and getting that dish again.

I visited Mr. D's based on Google reviews. People are right; this place is small but packs a big value punch! The biscuits are good enough to meet my wife's standards (she's picky) and the gravy is on point. Breakfast items are fresh and the apple juice is not watered down (yummy!). The price point for the quality is the reason this place gets packed.

The reviews brought us here and we were not disappointed at all! Amazing food and service. Took the top spot for my favorite breakfast place and I so sad that I live so far away! 😭 We are already planning on coming back the next chance we get! 🫶🏽
