New ownership changed shipping policy and now ships USPS with delivery range of 1-2 weeks for fresh food instead of shipping FedEx 2-3 day like stated on their website. (Make it make sense) Spent $300 on food that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days and instead took 1.5 weeks. They told me I should have bought their shipping protection plan. Not sure how the extra $30 was going to prevent the company from using the wrong shipping company but that’s ok.

Worst shipping EVER!! Ordered some squash bisque recently … sounds nice right??? It looked like a darkish thick paste and nothing about it remotely resembled squash bisque! Made me sick literally! They ship when they want and how they want!! They will cancel due to mechanical problems or food will arrive a week later after paying a premium for TWO DAY shipping! done
Horrible customer service. I’ve had several shipping problems and delays. I’ve spent close to 5,000 to this company and you cannot depend on when you will get your food. I continued to still give them a chance but I had to finally cancel today. I spend 300 a week with them and 25% of your price is for two day shipping. I had an order deliver 3 days late this week and completely hot and not edible. I was told I could not have a refund because I didn’t pay for shipping protection!...read full review
