I came in with my daughter yesterday expecting a friendly environment with some good food, what I got was the COMPLETE opposite. I come in making it aware to the young lady working up front that my daughter has a nut allergy. She seemed annoyed the moment I said that. I brushed it off and ordered my food anyway. Food coming out took extremely too long. We only got two items and me and my daughter were sat waiting on our name to be called for 20 minutes. I look over the counter and see a group of employees all standing around and goofing off while I was still waiting on my order. I gently reminded them that my order was on the screen and I had been waiting about 10 minutes at that point. They seemed annoyed like the young lady up front and went on to make my food. Once I went up and got the food my daughter started complaining that she would like to go home so of course I grab a box and we pack up and leave this rancid place. May I also add that this place lacks cleanliness. Bathrooms are horrid and it smells like a dead animal in there. Once we get to the car I notice my daughters neck and chest are covered in hives. I rush her over to the ER across the street and get it taken care of. There were no nuts directly in her food but that means there is some sort of cross contamination problem happening at this rancid place because the hives were from the nuts. Moral of the story I will never be coming back here ever again. My daughter is traumatized. Completely ruined our family vacation. This place needs to be shut down and shame on the employees for thinking that it’s ok to serve that slop they call food. Absolutely disgusting place.

I stopped in the other night because I noticed they had some new things, the customer service just from walking in was bad, nobody at the counter and the workers all grouped up laughing minding no attention to customers waiting in line, then I finally get helped and the young man was great, when I got my food it already looked weird so I tasted it and it was tossed in the wrong dressing, brought it back up to get it remade and was met with attitude and then got my new dish which looked alright but as I was eating I found multiple hairs in my food and after that all I could do was just get and leave in disgust

the people working there had a terrible attitude and barely helped when i asked a question. not to mention the fact that the restaurant itself was disgusting. i struggled to find a place to sit and eat my food because every table was dirty. they messed up my order and put something on it that im allergic too. i ordered a cesar salad and there was a pecan in my salad, im allergic too pecans and could’ve had a terrible allergic reaction. this place was dirty, the workers were rude and the service was just all around terrible. never returning to this place again.

Checked out this Panera location last night and it wasn’t busy which was nice. Placed food order at the front and sat at our table. Would give a better rating, but they never called our order out as ready and in addition, our table needed cleaning. Other than that, the sandwich had good flavor and the soup was very good as well.

Beautiful Hannah saved the day! I waited for a while to be even acknowledged even tho there was an older blonde woman with glasses who didn’t even sad hi to me… Hannah came from the back and she was sweet and helpful and waited for me and so politely and professional help me with my order. Otherwise this location would have a 1 star review…
