I love coming here, I have the sip club membership but 2 days in a row dec 27-28 I come for the green colored tea in the machine and it tastes completely watered down. Very disappointing! Please fix this!

A little irritated because I started eating Panera here recently. Everytime I order a blueberry bagel online, I'll come in and you all don't have it. Then I have to pick from what you do have and nothing is good to me. Also the breakfast sandwiches are very bland and the eggs taste like chemicals. After this fourth or fifth time being disappointed continuously, I won't be back.

Love the French dipper sandwich and ordered a whole sandwich which is cut in half. This was my second time eating there and ordered the same thing. The first time the broth for dipping only lasted for the first half so this time I asked for some extra dipping sauce. I was told we can't just give you extra for free. I said can you just make sure the cup is full and she replied it's only half full and if you want more you'll have to order a cup of soup. I ordered the cup of soup. It's hard to believe it was such a big deal but I will never go back.
The food is OK. I have trouble with the prices for a "sandwich". But all restaurants seem high-priced now. My biggest complaint is the coffee. I must come at the wrong time. Either there is no coffee or it's lukewarm. This is not a voffee shop that's for sure.

This Panera is not my normal local spot, but I was really impressed with the layout of the store and how friendly the staff were. I tried the steak breakfast sandwich and was pleasantly surprised with the tenderness of the steak. There is a really large community gathering room in the backthat had a group meeting going on and the store does not charge for these types of meetings in their location. Very cool concept to allow community groups to meet in a safe secure and friendly environment.
