I get pizza from this Papa John's often. I get the epic stuffed crust with pepperoni. Always delicious. The staff there is friendly and my pizza is always right on time. My pizza is always baked to perfection - never over or under done.

Dylan was running the store and he did such an amazing job. He was so ridiculously busy! I could tell when I walked in the door. He took the time to bring my order out to me because it was delayed just a few moments and he had such a pleasant smile! God bless him for my delicious order, which was perfect and for the excellent customer skills he brought to the table. So many people don’t offer great customer service. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. Any employers should be happy to have an employee like him.!

The wings were like rubber, the pizza had way to much sauce and the very small amount of cheese and toppings didn't even go to the crust. Speaking of toppings there was not even topping on each slice

The pizza is always decent. Now the over the phone ordering process has to go . The call center is always rude a very dismissive. It makes not order from there alot cause the process is so horrible please let's get back to just calling the store please

They have been my go to for pizza for 15 years. I understand that in life not everything is always perfect and so should you. In 15 years there was only one issue I had, and a couple of times were issues on my end when ordering, that's all, again, in 15 years. A+ pizza, I always choose the West Bay Papa Johns who are in a mega pizza shop area.
They advertise better toppings but in my opinion they are the worst toppings. The pepperoni has very little flavor, the sausage is so fatty and chewy , and the flavor over all was very bland.

This store delivered my order to someone else. Delivered me someone else’s order. Which has my personal information on it. There as well. The manager says it’s not PapaJohn’s fault. It’s door dashes.. I did t call door dash.. I had to get my pizza, not only would she not give me my delivery fee. She felt is was okay that I called papa John’s gave them my personal information and they gave it to someone else… Manage Alyson worked 5/29/25 pm and is here today 5/3025 afternoon..
