Unsure what’s going on here lately. My favorite place to go for pizza and have for years. Same location. But the last three times I ordered, the interactions were strange. I was told at one point by the manager that he “shook the soda to check it” which he did do in front of me so it wasn’t a joke. I think he was doing it on purpose and I caught him and that’s why he told me? Idk. It was weird. I almost called an ambulance because I thought something was wrong with him the way he sounded. But the guy insisted he was fine and joking while shaking himself and being very strange.
Today I asked for something simple and the guy scoffed at me and said “NO. Out till Monday”. Walked away and then slammed one of the doors to a cooler. It seems like they’re on something. I have no idea what’s going on and it sucks because I like their pizza.

Don't bother. Worst experience ever. No pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza. Little cheese on my cheese sticks. All pizzas were ingredient lopsided to the nth degree. Tried to call - no answer. Got transferred from the order line - picked up and laid phone down to avoid talking to me.

Waited 18 mins past the time my papa tracker said it was ready and I was given this. By far the worst looking pizza and I've ordered many times recently at this location. I'll try another pizza place before I come back.

I’m a dasher and pick up at several papa John’s. Dillon is a standout employee at this location. Everytime I visit he is so friendly and goes the extra mile. He has such a great attitude and impresses me every time.

Ordered at 7:45. Tried multiple times to reach the store but put in hold indefinitely. Store finally answered at 10:03. Cancelled and will never order from this store again.

Dylan is a Papa Perfectionist. On par with Papa himself. Dylan accommodated all of my requests, and even threw in some extra Papa Pesto Sauce.

I get pizza from this Papa John's often. I get the epic stuffed crust with pepperoni. Always delicious. The staff there is friendly and my pizza is always right on time. My pizza is always baked to perfection - never over or under done.
Dylan was running the store and he did such an amazing job. He was so ridiculously busy! I could tell when I walked in the door. He took the time to bring my order out to me because it was delayed just a few moments and he had such a pleasant smile! God bless him for my delicious order, which was perfect and for the excellent customer skills he brought to the table. So many people don’t offer great customer service. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. Any employers should be happy to have an employee like him.!

The wings were like rubber, the pizza had way to much sauce and the very small amount of cheese and toppings didn't even go to the crust. Speaking of toppings there was not even topping on each slice

The pizza is always decent. Now the over the phone ordering process has to go . The call center is always rude a very dismissive. It makes not order from there alot cause the process is so horrible please let's get back to just calling the store please
