Ordered two pizza's at 11:29 for delivery to the Sand Key Hotel. I put a note in the box asking them to deliver the pizza to the lobby of the hotel. Pizza said it was on the way at 11:50. I went to the lobby to wait for the pizza. at 12:36 (20 minutes after the expected delivery) it said it was delivered. Now mind you I've been in the lobby since it said, "on the way". I called the store and the guy said Daniella left the pizza with a hotel worker in the lobby of the hotel as requested. Unless Daniella and my pizza's are ghosts, no pizza was delivered to the Sand Key hotel. I wish I had read the other reviews that said that the deliveries never happened. I would never have ordered from here. Not sure what kind of scam they are running out of this joint, but they sure can't figure out how to deliver a simple pizza.

The RED head who is 5’2 who works the closing shift gave my door dash order to the wrong person and refused to make me another pizza to give to my DoorDash driver now I’m out of 30 dollars and my kids are starving she was very rude and pushed my driver out of the door and locked it I need compensation for EVERYTHING now can you give my pizza to someone else isn’t there a code or something they’re supposed to have to even be able to pick up door dash orders

I thought I would give this Papa John's a try as I hadn't been here in a while for a Pizza. I ordered the Large l topping for $9.99 I got a Pepperoni. I arrived to pickup my order and to the workers surprise a Doordash driver had taken my pizza by mistake. The worker behind the counter Couldn't have been cooler he remade my order quickly and did a great job. The pizza was outstanding as my picture shows. I recommend you give it a try💯👍

Like a lot of the other reviews state, I was quoted a wait time for delivery and it’s way past the time it was said to be delivered. I can see the driver on the “live map” driving in the complete opposite direction. Terrible delivery service. Food will be cold when I receive it, IF I receive it.

What kind of sauced bbq wings are these?!?!? Anytime I've ordered them they've always been tossed in sauce... for some reason. I spent 20$ for 30 BBQ boneless wings, and get this disappointment. This ain't right. Why I can't post a pic with my review is beyond me... I will figure out how to post the pic on here somehow tho

Update from 2 to 1 stars now. We are unable to drive because hurricane took out all 3 cars. We were starving after 3 days of clearing out our flooded house and we ordered delivery. We ordered large pizza with 3 toppings, and wings. The driver showed up with two pizzas. I asked where our wings were while I gave him the extra pizza back. He said don't worry don't worry, he left. We started to eat the pizza we had since it had my name on it and it had a forth topping (onions) on it! We didn't order that! We called and a rude young lady answered and kept telling me what I ordered while I read the invoice emailed to me to her and she just kept acting like I was lieing. Finally, she was like fine we will remake and send and it will be there in 30 mins, it showed up 1.5 hours later. The delivery guy just stared at me like he was expecting another tip. I was like they finally sent this? He acted like he didn't understand me, then left. Don't get me started on the soggy cold wings. Never again!

The staff are pleasant and courteous. I stop in occasionally to pick up a pizza for the family and the staff are nice enough to bring it out to my car 15 minutes later when it's done.

I placed an order for delivery, was told 30 to 45 minutes after just over an hour passed and nothing I called and was told they just pick it up 5 minutes ago. 45 minutes later I called again and was told it was delivered. When i said I have nothing I was told to look by the door as that is where they leave it. I was here the whole time and it is absolutely ridiculous that anyone thinks it’s okay to do that , who wants delivery pizza off the ground? but I looked anyway while on the phone and there was nothing….. the next response was even less appropriate
