The service turned out to be excellent. While our original server forgot our drinks, another staff member came over about 10 minutes later, apologized sincerely, and took over our table. From that moment on, the service was absolutely stellar. The portions for the pho soup were generous—far exceeding our expectations—and the flavor was outstanding. As a local who lives just 10 minutes away, I was surprised to learn this place has been in the mall for over 10 years. We’ll definitely be coming back more often!

ADDENDUM-RECEU ED A CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER. THE $ WAS REFUNDED, AND THE CALL WAS AMIABLE AND SATISFACTORY. TO BE FAIR..THE OWNER WAS CONCERNED & WILL CHECK WITH THE CHEF. AS FOR ME .. IM WILLING TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY AT ANOTHER TIME.
2/20/25 Been to this establishment many times ..but after today will not be returning. Ordered what was supposed to be the grilled pork chops, with side salad and rice The pork chops were way too salty to eat...and too hard, almost stringy. They were not tender like usual. So I called to offer feedback: the person who answered indicated she would let her supv. know. A few min later she called back stating that the supv. was now requesting that I send a photo of the pork chop to her cell phone! Have you ever heard of such a thing?? What could you verify from a photo? I certainly know they couldn't taste it nor could they tell how tough the chop was. And why compel an employee to convey their personal cell # to any customer, as part of their solution? Needless to say I complied. A few min later ..The same person called back. not the supv .. with yet another request . The supv was now requesting for ME to give the supv a call?. Seriously?? Why would that be appropriate service recovery at this point? The young lady was very apologetic and said my $ would be refunded OK fine... but if you can't call a loyal customer back .. why should the customer come back???Just sayin'.... so you have my review.

Tonight, I ordered spicy beef pho and there was about 4 small pieces of beef in the mix. I was so shocked! Who wants to spend almost $17 for a a bunch of noodles, broth, greens and very minimal meat. I have never experienced this crap before. PHO in Largo plaza you need to do much better!

Food is tasty but so many flies flying around- so much that it was in our food when it was served , there is a old granny at the back using a fly swatter swatting flies every few minutes by the beverage area , that’s very disturbing … but service is very good . It could be easily solved with UV lights that attract and Electric cute these buggers at night . Will give them another chance in a few weeks coz the food is goo:

It’s definitely not authentic Vietnamese or Korean food. Nice people but if your like me you won’t want to eat anything here.
Nice P15 shrimp soup on chicken broth. However restaurant needs to be cleaned professionally. Sticking tables, no soap bathrooms. Like in saying, "good housewife known for clean bathroom and kitchen" So I would assume if bathroom is not clean so is the kitchen.

How are we supposed to know that "side veggies" are not the same as "mixed veggies"? Why don't you clarify by specifying what's in the veggies?You didn't even say, "side or mixed" so I don't know how you say you "clarified" my order.
