The Pizza Hut employees prepared my ordere and had it ready about 30 minutes earlier than I expected. My pizza was delicious. The delivery person was prompt and courteous. Thanks for the excellent service!

The pizza was completely stuck to the box. All I could get off was the crust. Apparently, you didn't cook it long enough. $25 to get one stuffed crust delivered. I'll just get papa johns next time.

Left a 25% tip for decent service but the Driver didn’t knock or ring the doorbell upon delivery. Pizza sat outside for at least 20 minutes and ants got in it. Called but gets redirected to a call center instead.

Worst pizza ever. Dried out and cold. Ordered extra peperoni and sauce and cheese. I definitely didn't receive any of that. The manager was dismissive. Never again. Deleting their app from my phone.

Another time yet disappointed by this Pizza Hut on Missouri Avenue in Largo. Had ordered from them before the pan pizza meat lovers. Last time I got at the toppings were very sparse I didn't say anything .I just recently purchased another one yesterday meat lovers is supposed to have at least five toppings on it, there were five toppings but they were few and far between nothing like the ones I have gotten at Pasadena Avenue, Seminole Boulevard or 66th Street or any other Pizza Hut. I have never had problems with the amount of toppings on a pizza lovers Pizza. I opened the box and the manager Doreen was standing there and I asked her where all the toppings were she said that is how they always make it and I said yes I know they're always sparse I thought this time it might be different she says no that's how we always make it and we make it right when I pulled up the picture on the Pizza Hut app I showed her this is what my pizza usually looks like when I get it from other Pizza Hut everywhere except here. She insisted her way was right I told her I probably would never be back to this Pizza Hut again. I read other reviews for this issue of spirits toppings was also discussed what is the lady a franchise owner and these toppings are coming out of her pocket?

The store wouldn't take my order at 11:18 even tho they close at 12 am, nobody seems to want to work at this store.
Late getting food because they were “missing a pan”. Does Pizza Hut only have one pan for each pizza? After waiting for twice the time they told me, got a hand tossed pizza instead of a pan pizza. Good customer service would have offered a free soda or anything really but nothing ! Save your aggravation and go somewhere else.
