Came to order a pizza on my lunch break and the door is locked. No hours of operation posted. I thought they closed this location....but after calling discovered that they are now open at 2pm although I've been here several times before 2 for lunch. There goes my lunch idea for today.

This particular store while it does have great service has been closed on it’s supposed open days. Its own schedule on the window say it opens at 10am, online it says at 2pm, and yet even now as I type this its 2:18pm and nobody is here. There is no sign or anything telling anyone why its closed.

This place is a joke... online order "ready in 20" gave them 30 just to be safe, walked in, one guy working, music blaring, acknowledged me, but didn't actually come out of the kitchen for 5 minutes, just to tell me my order is "5 more minutes" drunk dude sitting in the lobby, obnoxious as can be, order comes out in 15, not "5 more minutes"... at least the food was good. The experience, no thanks... I'll drive to the Missouri store instead.

Seriously. Don't even bother. Can't understand a word they're saying on the phone and somehow when calling in they sent our order to another location on the other side of town. So we never got our pizza. 🤷♀️ Zero stars.

Awful quality control, they don't make the products right, they don't even season their items half the time. Literally had one pizza melt with too much seasoning and one without any whatsoever. There's like no garlic on the "garlic cheese bread" which I've had plenty at good locations and they even forget to put normal seasoning on it half the time so it's just cheese on bread. I've worked at a Pizza Hut before, I know the products well and how it make them. On top of all this nonsense my last order was all WAY overcooked!!! There was literally burnt cheese coming out of my melts and every item was clearly overcooked on the outside. Knowing how to cook it seems like they have their oven temp set too high trying to save time cause the outside was burnt and the inside was squishy, total incompetents! My coworker that used to work at this location also told me how food unsafe they are and how disgusting they are with their products when I complained to them about it. Avoid this location at all costs, there's plenty of Pizza Huts around, absolutely abysmal.
