This particular store while it does have great service has been closed on it’s supposed open days. Its own schedule on the window say it opens at 10am, online it says at 2pm, and yet even now as I type this its 2:18pm and nobody is here. There is no sign or anything telling anyone why its closed.

This place is a joke... online order "ready in 20" gave them 30 just to be safe, walked in, one guy working, music blaring, acknowledged me, but didn't actually come out of the kitchen for 5 minutes, just to tell me my order is "5 more minutes" drunk dude sitting in the lobby, obnoxious as can be, order comes out in 15, not "5 more minutes"... at least the food was good. The experience, no thanks... I'll drive to the Missouri store instead.

Seriously. Don't even bother. Can't understand a word they're saying on the phone and somehow when calling in they sent our order to another location on the other side of town. So we never got our pizza. 🤷♀️ Zero stars.

Awful quality control, they don't make the products right, they don't even season their items half the time. Literally had one pizza melt with too much seasoning and one without any whatsoever. There's like no garlic on the "garlic cheese bread" which I've had plenty at good locations and they even forget to put normal seasoning on it half the time so it's just cheese on bread. I've worked at a Pizza Hut before, I know the products well and how it make them. On top of all this nonsense my last order was all WAY overcooked!!! There was literally burnt cheese coming out of my melts and every item was clearly overcooked on the outside. Knowing how to cook it seems like they have their oven temp set too high trying to save time cause the outside was burnt and the inside was squishy, total incompetents! My coworker that used to work at this location also told me how food unsafe they are and how disgusting they are with their products when I complained to them about it. Avoid this location at all costs, there's plenty of Pizza Huts around, absolutely abysmal.

Just started coming to this place bc our contractor wanted it for lunch. Have ordered a couple times since then for the family. Order on the app. Quick, painless, and delicious.
Vegetarian options: I find the selection of toppings and crust options make for a different pie each order so I never get tired of the same pie.

The order was 20 mins late, the whole place was a shambles with not enough staff. Then when we got home we found the order was wrong but it was too late to return it. The quality of the pizza dough was very poor. I've had far better supermarket pizzas and for a fraction of the price. Pizzas from Pizza Hut used to be the best, but now I'll think twice before using Pizza Hut again.

This store sucks. Don't order from here. Food was delivered an hour and a half later than the schedule delivery. Every time I try to call the store to find out what was going on they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible. Every time I order delivery they send DoorDash. Bad every time. The drivers are late, steal your food, or just don’t show up at all. NEVER use care always pay cash to ensure the driver can’t steal.

Must read, ordered online easy experienced walked inside to my pick up. They were still prepping Understandable. I see the guy in the background with NO Gloves putting on the chews and toppings. I asked the manager ¿Quick question you guys don’t wear gloves? He looks at me and said no we don’t need to wear gloves can you please for my pizza I asked? “We don’t even have them hear. So your cheese, your dough, your salsa, your pepperonis, your mushrooms all your food is with raw hands and ass.

The pizza I ordered they didn't have and canceled my order without calling me. I waited an hour and called only to find this out. This place sucks I will never order from them again. You want pizza I suggest you look elsewhere.

Everything was skimpy. Hardly any sauce on the pizza and toppings , chicken and beef, was hardly there. Wings didn’t have enough sauce to toss it. Had a sleepover going on or I would’ve taken it all back and went to hungry Howies how disappointed I was. My daughter picked it up and didn’t check those details. So disappointed. I’ve lived in this area for 24 years and order maybe 1-2 a month and the last two times I’ve had issues. Last time they added sausage areas of beef because they open the “wrong package”. They replaced it.
