10/10. The bread is so delicious and fresh. True atmosphere of Chicago. The customer service is truly some of the best you'll experience in the Tampa Bay area... In ANY business, not just casual dining sector.
Everyone couldn't be more friendly or helpful in their drive to make you happy.
I really am blessed I love nearly just across the street. Please go visit them, and then leave them an honest review like I've done.

Picked up catering order this AM and everything was great! On time and very affordable compared to other places( publix, Jersey mikes, etc) The workers were busy with many orders at 915 and mine was prepared early. Affordable food, great management, and hard workers. Try this place out!

Publix who? Publix only wish they could make a sub so delicious, they lost their top spot. Potbelly is amazing bursting with mouth watering flavor that keep your taste buds begging for more!!!! The pizza sub was the best so far with many more to try. Definitely will be back

I ordered an Italian sub turkey sub and salad and kids grilled cheese for my family. It was amazing food honestly. I would have order the bigger sub if I knew how good it was. I will definitely be coming back.
My wife and I had lunch here recently while running errands. There is free, off-street parking that can get a little crowded when the traffic to the businesses in this location gets busy. We are familiar with many of the other sandwich shops but had never been to this chain before. Overall, the food we had was very good. The only caveats we have are that the menu is less extensive than many other sandwich shops, the counter is very high so you can't actually watch the employees making your sandwiches, and the types of toppings and condiments are less extensive than many other sandwich shops. Overall, while the food was very good, we will likely go to one of the other chains we are familiar with in future as they tend to have more variety to offer overall.

We were visiting from Savannah, GA and stumbled upon Potbelly for the first time—had never even heard of it before, but the menu caught our eye so we gave it a try. And wow… absolutely no regrets! I got the new Prime Rib sandwich and honestly, it might be the best sandwich I’ve had in ages. I also tried the loaded baked potato soup, and it was next-level good! My kids devoured their meals, so that’s a win too. I tasted my daughter’s Mac and cheese, which was a white Mac and cheese and I loved it! The staff at the Largo, FL location were incredibly friendly and helpful—they answered all our questions with a smile and made us feel so welcome! The restaurant was super clean and well taken care of. We had such a great experience and I’m already looking forward to our next visit!!! 10/10

I ordered delivery and split the Italian with my friend..and im sorry mad that I wasn't selfish 😁 Had i know it would be one of the best Italian subs I've ever had, I would have eaten it in front of her and felt not a bit of guilt :) This really was that good! The bread.. omg!!! Amazing!!!
