Santa Fé Mexican Grill

Server brought out chips and salsa right away...I liked the salsa (but note: its not spicy) Pricing was good on the lunch menu. Beans and rice were as expected as were the tacos. The decor was festive but I noticed a smell....the air did not smell clean.

Soft drink prices absurdly high at $3.75 and only 1 refill allowed. Food is good. Extra charge for credit card use.

My husband and I felt obligated as a resident of the Largo community to share our shameful experience with SANTE FE MEXICAN GRILL!
We have eaten there a number of times, but will NEVER eat there again!
On September 3rd we found a German Roach in his Hawaiian Fajitas!
It totally freaked us out and we were mortified!
We went back to show them and they accused us of having roaches in our home fall in the meal!
We insisted that the roach did not come from our home.
The manager referred us to who we believe was the owner who barely shrugged his shoulders, did not even look up while doing open business with paperwork, and showed complete disrespect and disdain for us.
Our reason for coming back to the establishment was to make them aware that this happened and to protect future patrons. Our purpose was not to request a refund.
We were appalled at the treatment!
For their response to this was immediate defense before even completely hearing our complaint.
They did nothing to rectify or repair the situation!
We left in shock and anger!
We have added a photo of the cooked on tortilla German Rouch as evidence!

Food was amazing!! Large portions!! The service was fast and our server was very kind and helpful ♥️ We enjoyed our experience very much. Only improvement would be more outside space not facing the parking area. We will definitely be going back!!

Great bar!! They have a strong poor. Never water down.
I have never had a bad meal there.
Sometimes there is a language breakdown. Past that it's very good.
Fair price for the food.

I ordered dinner for two my wife and I and when I got home, there was one meal I suppose I should’ve checked, but I didn’t see any reason to think that they couldn’t get it right I dealt with the same person the whole time

I ordered a bowl of cheese dip. It.
Had a hair in it. They were placed to cheese dip. I ordered quesadillas. I got oversized tacos. Not very good. Dissapointed.

The taco salad was the worst I have ever had. The meat had no flavor whatsoever. No taco flavor in it at all the refried beans were liquid. Sherrill had been fried previously so I had no crispiness to it at all. Will never go there again.
