I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my grandmother received from this establishment. Two weeks ago, she placed an order, but unfortunately, it was incomplete. The float was missing from her order. After receiving a text and email requesting feedback on her experience, she replied explaining the issue. However, when she contacted the store to follow up on the missing item, she was met with an unprofessional attitude from the manager. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he questioned why she had waited to bring it to their attention. Although he eventually agreed to provide a refund for the missing item, the experience was marred by his unprofessional demeanor. Furthermore, my grandmother was shocked to discover an additional charge for another float that she had not authorized. This incident has highlighted the establishment's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I believe that a polite and courteous response from the manager would have resolved the issue amicably.

My Wife says this place is The Bomb so We went there after a few hours on the Beach. Cold drinks and Great Great food!! The Philly was “The Bomb” My Wife recommends the Cuban🤣😊 Nice Prices too$$$

Best quality food in a fast casual setting in this area. Always delicious. Owners have had a long time commitment to good tastes and consistency. I highly recommend this location.

I've been here 25 times over a 12 month period. Every time I order the chicken bacon ranch sub and every time it tastes insane. I can't even order anything else. I drive all the way from Tampa just to get this sub. Me and my son laugh and wonder if it will be the same? It is. Guaranteed best sub in Hillsborough and Pinellas
