Every time you go, it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes your orders are right, sometimes it’s not. They don’t take the time to cut your bagel or toast it as ordered. Very sloppy! They need to train their staff or find people that care.

It’s a nice place. I don’t think I would have ever found out about this place if it weren’t for a Co-worker of mine that mentioned it. Very good pricing. The donuts are also pretty tasty. They always close at one, so be sure to come in before then.

Second time here, Americano was good. Bagel okay, donuts fair. Service was very nice.It is kind of blah inside but I take my stuff to go. Not a bad little chain with good coffee. Reasonable

I came here Friday morning and had an overall great experience. The two young girls at the front were very attentive and always smiling. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an apple fritter. The bagel sandwich was great, but the apple fritter was the best part. I will be coming back!

Failed to include one of two food items and 2 iced coffee ordered without ice were sent 2/3 full. There are competitors out there.

I’m originally from Brooklyn NY and the bagels here reminded me of the delicious NYC style bagels I use eat as a kid (especially the egg bagels yay!).The owner and staff are wonderful (always smiling) and the coffee too (roasted on the premises).I will visit this place again when I return; on my next vacation at Indian Shores!Gratefully, Eva (and Ron!)
