The staff, including a young African American man and a barista named Kayla, are praised for their welcoming attitude and attentiveness to dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance. Despite being busy with only one staff member, they manage to provide excellent service with a smile. Kayla, in particular, is commended for being the best barista encountered at any location.
