I’m tired of asking for something and getting the opposite. It’s happened every time I’ve went to this location. I cannot drink whole milk and make it clear every time to give me different, yet am always getting the drinks with whole milk and having to literally waste it because I cannot drink it. I will not be returning.
I have ordered from this location several times throughout the past few months and not one time is my drink ever even consumable. I try to avoid this location as much as I can but sometimes it chooses this one automatically and I’m forced to go through wasting another 11$ on a coffee to treat myself that ends up in the trash since simple instructions aren’t followed. I would understand if I had a difficult drink with tons of mixes but I do not. Simple two addition frap. 0/10

REALLY SLOW DRIVE THRU
Jasmine was extremely kind and attentive.
I typically stay in my comfort zone, ordering the same coffee. However, She went above and beyond Explaining different options that she suggested, when I asked what were some strong warm options, since us Floridians are not used to this type of cold. ha ha.

It's my 1st stop in the morning. They are always friendly and make the best coffee in town. Thank you for all you do! You rock!! And thanks foe the lid with the big hole.. lol

It's a Starbucks. We popped in and got fancy, Holiday coffees. We went into the store because we were a party of 8 people, So the drive through would likely have been difficult.
We had to wait a bit while they prepared our coffees. Which is to be expected, the coffees are made to order. I got a peppermint mocha. It was OK, but it was only about 1/2 full of coffee, The rest was foam. Seemed a bit too much. Honestly felt like a pretty big rip off as I would have preferred more coffee. But I don't go to Starbucks very often. So I guess that's their normal.
I'll stick to the Mom & Pop owned and operated coffee shops in the future.

Great friendly and diverse!!
I was the most avid Starbucks customer. I left due to poor quality of coffee and products. Staff is friendly and nice but your coffee completely SUCKS! It began tasting burned but I thought it was the dark roast. I ordered medium roast today and it still is burned! Egg sandwich is poor and selection of pastries has not improved since COVID. Very disappointing

Starbucks has violated labor laws over 500,000 times since 2021. They paid the CEO $96 million last year and have spent $240 million on union busting. This corporation is disgusting and evil and you should literally never buy coffee from them again. It is not good anyways and there is plenty of better coffee to be had. Don't buy Starbucks.

Rude employees, talking shit to each other about what customers put in their drink. Only made 1 of my drinks when I told them who I was waiting for. Watches an employee belittle a customer for how he wanted he drink asking him “are you sure you want it that way” and he had to tell her multiple times that he knows how he wants his drink. This happened on 11/27 red headed girl
