Highly disappointed my daughter had an interview today at 2:30 the manager was there but told my daughter that the manager wasn't there after I went back in with my daughter because I know she had an interview the young lady that said the manager wasn't there was actually the manager, I'm not going to say what kind of profiling that is..

Kia is the best barista, always greeting customers as they come in ( a good amount by name). Today mobile ordering was not available, she recognized me inline and had my drink made before I was even able to complete checking out!! She is the best and customers can see that she really cares about their experience in the store!

Store was scheduled to open at 0430. Showed up at 0445. Both employees were outside in their cars and the store hadn't been opened yet. I'd already placed my order online. I was told I was going to have to wait half an hour to get my order. When I asked for a refund she refused to do that too. She gave the excuse that she lives an hour away and that's why she was late. I live an hour away also and I was able to show up for my 4am shift without an issue. Very unprofessional.

The girl working in the drive-through at 9:15 today was the rudest person I've ever seen at a Starbucks. I gave her two dollar tip on an eight dollar order. She never says thank you she gives me a dirty look and has the other girl give me the coffee.

The space is great to have coffee and work. The staff are efficient but not as friendly as in other Starbucks.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a table in the coffee shop that can is easily accessible with a wheelchair.

Madi and the manager were very patient when trying to help me find my order. I had to go back to the drive up window three times and each time Madi greeted me with a big smile and was courteous! This location is always clean too so I enjoy shopping here.

Came to this location last week and had a very delicious experience! My drink was so good that I had to know who made it! Her name was Giovanna and she did a fabulous job! I will be sure to ask for her the next time I am there! Great job! I love Starbucks

Second time this has happened shorted on my change back with paying with a 20 by the same person. I thought the first time was a mistake, but it happened again today with same cashier. Will not be back to this location. Count your change before you leave the drive-thru.

There's a cannabis store next door, so it smells a bit~~!!
