Watches an employee belittle a customer for how he wanted he drink asking him “are you sure you want it that way” and he had to tell her multiple times that he knows how he wants his drink. I don't say this often about any business, but this Starbucks location in quite possibly the worst Starbucks of the world.
The coffee was always cold (I have not been there in over one year) and extremely slow.
The last time I was there I asked for my money back after being served cold coffee and they said they could not give me a refund because I paid cash.
An explanation was given on why it was so but I could not understand why was it that I could not be refunded.

I ordered a kids temperature pumpkin latte my husband too.s drink burned this throat I immediately gave them back to the drink and told them about it and then it was supposed to be kids temperature she made another one but she never apologized and barely said anything but she handed me the second drink this is the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks and even the second one was hotter than kids temperature normally is

Ok, this one is OFFICIALLY my favorite one in pinellas county to work and just hang out in. Super spacious inside, never crazy crowded and get this.. they serve glass cups fir dining in!!! I mean this is extra and giving those small local coffee shop vibes. 10/10

Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago excited for some mango dragonfruit refresher the lady told me to turn off my windshield wipers before I get to the window and I was curious why when I got the window I said “ hey just out of curiosity why do we have to turn the wipers off “ and her name BRI replied with “ do u wanna get splashed by water cause I don’t “and rolled her eyes I said oh..ok I was actually just curious then said have a good day and she slammed the window in my face again her name is Bri this honestly made me upset because I was like really why I usually love Starbucks employees

Highly disappointed my daughter had an interview today at 2:30 the manager was there but told my daughter that the manager wasn't there after I went back in with my daughter because I know she had an interview the young lady that said the manager wasn't there was actually the manager, I'm not going to say what kind of profiling that is..

Kia is the best barista, always greeting customers as they come in ( a good amount by name). Today mobile ordering was not available, she recognized me inline and had my drink made before I was even able to complete checking out!! She is the best and customers can see that she really cares about their experience in the store!
