Poor customer service from both the employee and manager, and the food I ordered was cold. I had an issue with a coupon in my account, the manager refused to do anything for me, so I told them to just throw the drink out because I only came up there to use the coupon. The 2 Bacon Gouda sandwhichs we ordered were cold and gross. Not going to return to this location

I prefer this location. I always order a tall cafe mocha with extra Expresso. This location consistently makes it the best. It seems it is stronger here than other locations. I like my coffee strong hence the extra shot. Other locations just don't quite meet the mark like this location. I go to this Starbucks 1 - 2 times a week.

Wonderful staff. Always greeted with a smile. I look forward to coming here when I am working up this way because it brightens my morning. Pre ordered my beverage arrived to wait 20 min in a empty lobby Jay constantly telling me she would make mine next only to continue to make multiple other drinks for people not even there yet and the drive thru they had about 6 staff members working I felt she was making me wait on purpose

I don’t go to Starbucks often, but stopped into this location for a quick cool-off break and was really impressed. It was super clean and welcoming, and while I didn’t end up getting a drink, I was excited to see the new Discovery Series mugs,so well-made and cute! I may just start collecting them from each state.

We stayed part of 4 winters in Largo/Indian Rocks. I would go to this Starbucks for coffee many mornings. It was not far from Shipwatch, where we were staying. The staff was always kind and upbeat. Parking was right in front. Service was quick. I am staying farther up the coast now but may return to the area. The store is in a strip mall. Might be hard to miss.
