Molly at Starbucks deserves her own fan club. Seriously. If there were an Olympics for baristas, she’d be taking home the gold every single time.
Every time I walk in, Molly is smiling, upbeat, and somehow remembers exactly how to make my coffee perfect. And I mean perfect. The drink is always spot-on the kind of consistency you wish every Starbucks had but almost never does. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she’s doing and about the people she’s serving.
What really stands out though is the entire team. The staff here is unbelievably friendly, positive, and welcoming every single time. It doesn’t matter if it’s early morning chaos or later in the day. Everyone is always kind, helpful, and moving with a level of energy that makes the whole place feel different from other locations.
Because of Molly and this amazing crew, this is the only Starbucks I will ever go to. They’ve completely set the bar for what great service should look like.
If Starbucks corporate is reading this, give Molly a raise, a promotion, and maybe her own store while you’re at it. She’s that good.

The consistency of drinks is a big issue. Since I’ve started work over here I use this location everyday, and everyday I get a different variation of the drink I order. Brown sugar oat milk shaken. It’s irritating to the point that I’m just about done with coffee.

I’ve been going to this location since I moved from Clearwater since July. I was shocked by how wonderful and kind all the girls here ALWAYS are, which kept me coming, and my drinks were always amazing. The past few times I’ve visited there has been an older white man working the drive through window who is just plain nasty and rude. Today for the first time my drink tasted kinda funky so I politely asked for a remake and again the guy at the window was just rude for no reason. I literally manage a different coffee shop it is never ever that serious to remake a drink that tastes kinda weird. Anyways. Everyone else here is always wonderful
Unfortunately, this is about the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to with only two cars ahead of me. It took almost 20 minutes just to get one coffee. I’m surprised my car didn’t overheat.😱 maybe they are shortstaffed I don’t know but every single time? I suggest going to the one on Park Boulevard and Seminole.

I had a chai latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff here are very kind and friendly, although they do seem quite busy. If you’re looking for a tasty coffee, I definitely recommend this place.

there was a really rude worker and I asked her if I could switch the water to lemonade and she was rolling her eyes and telling all her employees about the “trouble were putting her through” and then they forgot our cake pop and we had to wait like ten mins for it and it never came and she’s giving us so much additude and she was so mad for no reason and I was nice to her the entire time
