Purchased a pistachio latte online today and I asked for oat milk, when my husband picked it up for me and I tried it my coffee had regular milk and now my stomach hurts so much and it been like this since I drank this coffee

Drinks are not consistent. I usually get the same coffee drink but how good it is depends on who's making it that day.
Very rude staff as others reviewers state for absolutely no reason, brunette who was cashier Monday 9/30 afternoon really should pick another job if this one makes her so irritated at innocent customers for no reason. She needs to be evaluated and removed if she can't do that part of the job as it's part of your job description. Not CUSTOMERS job to tell YOU thank you & have a nice day... newsflash its yours. guess Starbucks needs to work on training as less than bare minimum thrives here. Sorry your life sucks but that's not anyone else's fault, do better. Also always messing up orders here or leaving things off of your order. Very lame, super negative people and atmosphere. Last time I visit this store and I suggest the same for you unless you enjoy attitude, poorly cooked food, and getting something different than what you ordered👎🚫🚮🗑 Do better Starbucks 🙄

Stopped by for a few minutes before they closed to charge my phone before a 2 hour drive. Restaurant was super clean and welcoming, the staff was very friendly, they had smiles even at the end of the shift. There were a couple regulars that came in, I can tell this staff treats their customers well!

My favorite starbucks! Room for the littles, outside covered seating, and staff are always friendly. Many of my coworkers frequent this location as our office is just across the street!

I order online most of the time and most of the times, I do not get exactly what I am asking for. When I actually go to the store, many chances the employees are overwhelmed and the wait is long and the atmosphere is anything but friendly. It is unfortunate that there isn’t another Starbucks near by or I would go elsewhere. This morning, my order was wrong again. That is why I finally decided to write my review and will stop wasting my money here.

The person who attends the self-service has a super bad attitude, I pass by every day because I have a way to work but it was the last time, she doesn't listen and in the process she rolls her eyes at you and responds badly.

Went to Starbucks this morning I got 3 refreshers some food and a hot coffee well the hot coffee was already leaking off the lid . I grab it from her and it just starts oozing out the side of the cup because they overfilled filled it spilt all on my hand now I have blisters and so much pain in my hand that I have to go to the drs . Thanks Starbucks appreciate it .

$9 for a coffee drink that i specifically asked for no whip cream, they still put it on then stirred it up!! Better off goin to Dunkin Doughnuts this place is a rip off!!! I just want what i paid for, a full drink without whip cream!! Guess this is where they come once McD’s fires them.. smh

When you walk into stores with a lot of people hanging out on their computers it seems “cold”. Like you don’t belong. The decor is dark, hard and not comfortable. The cake pops are such a rip off that parents get roped into buying. Lemon pound cake is amazing.
