Walked up and there was a couple at the counter ordering. The last being the counter just chatted with them for over 5 minutes while I stood there waiting. Customer service is non-existent.

The only guy working. Busy. No back up. Taking the order, making them and serving with a smile. I know it's not easy but the guy did a wonderful job. I don't know his name. Young Afro American guy in his 20's. Well done dude??

The service is awesome this Starbucks is inside a publix. The staff/barista is great and friendly. Easy to order and fast service.

This review is ACTUALLY pointed at the Starbucks at Eastbay and Starkey but was unable to write a review fie that location. However, this review would be appropo for this location, as well.I never thought I would say this but Starbucks, at least the ones in Pinellas County, have gone the way of Dunkin Donuts and that is not a compliment.I had a bad experience and wanted to share it with the district "manager". I emailed her and called and left VM and she never responded. I then ran into the store manager and asked her when she had a chance, would she mind stopping by my table and talk with me. I sat there for 2 hours and she never came out to meet with me though I noticed several times that she was available but chose not to talk with me.And then this morning as I was about to write this, I notice that this location has a 3.3 review rating. Most of the reviews are service and quality deficiencies.Howard Schultz may not have been able to control the activities at each and every location but while he was running Starbucks, I thought very highly of this company and the leadership and the quality of the products. This company is going the way of most service businesses these days which is downward. They are quickly becoming simply an over-priced coffee shop with the attitude that "you can't please everyone, so why try?"

Coffee always tastes bad here and when you ask for anything extra they give you none. Coffee tastes watered down EVERY SINGLE VISIT

frappe was really liquidity, to the point I thought it was gonna splash out of the cup on my walk to the car. it gave me a stomach for like 10 minutes, which is unlike Starbucks.

I visited Saturday and was very disappointed with the service and food. There was one person working so someone from another department came to assist the got on the register and I ordered a lemon loaf cake he did wash his hands before touching the cake. The drink I usually ordered was not acceptable. It was the worst experience ever

this starbucks is the most evil one i’ve had the displeasure of working at not only is management terrible but it’s a walking health & safety hazard & nobody knows how to make the drinks correctly. ur all insane glad i quit tho

starbucks baristas always make the drinks wrong and always are extremely rude. (i constantly go to Starbucks so i can tell when it’s made wrong). Additionally the summer wins days 50% off was not awarded here at 6pm because the barista claimed that her boss told her not to when they are supposed to manually take it off since they have target systems. absolutely disappointed and will not be returning. let alone scammed not allowing rewards. someone needs to fire these bosses or let them know how starbucks works because this is terrible

I lasted five minutes. Wanted a coffee and a (relatively) quiet place to get some work done. But one female staff member was shouting nearly the entire morning. It's a small Starbucks. Why does she have to shout? Is this "team spirit building"? Tuesday morning shift in June. Lost me as a customer.
