Doordash order came with multiple wrong items. Food and drinks missing and food cold. Three people only two had partial orders. Not the dashers fault.this is on the kitchen and who verified the order. Very very disappointed after almost $80 with fees and tip. Never again.

I ordered a single 5 dollar meal at 1245 and was asked to pull up by a woman with rude personality and mumbled that she needed me to pull around the store and wait on my single burger while several other cars with larger orders pulled in and out..very poor people skills sat and waited over 15 min for a single sandwich I will never come here again and I recommend no one else does..god bless

The best Steak 'n Shake that I've visited! I like to take the grandkids to S'nS because they are following healthier food practices, such as no seed oils and HFCS. This one has the most delicious food and great, friendly service. It's also pretty close to where I pick up the kids, so it'll be the go to for dinner 😀

Food was different and not in a good way from the Steak n Shake we loved. Restaurant on Ulmerton in Largo was very dirty. Employees were lazy, tables were all dirty, bathroom soap dispenser did not work. French fries are still delicious. We will not go back.
