I have to be honest. We haven't been here since April of 2020. This place has made big time changes. We were very impressed with how the place was so clean it sparkled. The staff were all very neat I'm appearance and friendly . The food was fresh,hot and delicious. I'll give it a score of 5+ ? Well done staff and management.

Food was cooked well for fast food. The lady who took the order was as pleasant as could be, and it came out in a timely manner. As good as fast food gets! The garlic burger was delicious!!

I hate using the auto order machines. It is confusing and I am touching a screen that has been used by dozens of folks and not sanitized each time. Thankfully there was an older waitress who saw my need for help. She arrived and helped us order everything and brought us our food instead of calling out our name to get it. She was wonderful.

Best shakes in town and happy hour.How could a fat girl be mad
Burger and shakes were good but fries were cold. The temperature inside the restaurant was freezing so make sure if your eating in, you have a sweater or coat. First time being there with just the machines to order from and I didn't like it as much.

Steak & Shake! Good as ever. The one on Park Street in St. Petersburg is fully remodeled. My one disappointment? No more waitresses and self order on a kiosk. Your name is called when your food is ready. Yes, times are changing, but I do miss some of the niceties of the past. The kicker? After ordering your meal, knowing you'll have to retrieve that meal yourself and clean your table when done, when closing out your order on the kiosk, it asks if you'd like to add a "tip". Really?
