Unsatisfied and disappointed!! Explained to Jadon the soup was over cooked showing him the color that it wasn’t right and I asked for a refund. He stated he wasn’t over cooked and I’ll have too come back Monday for a refund when a manager is available. Customer satisfaction and customer service sucks bad!
The food needs to be inspected before selling to the customers. Broccoli and cheddar soup not supposed to be brown color EVER!!

BEST SUBWAY IVE BEEN TOO. Rob & Jill are the sweetest people ever. Everytime I come here the food is always spot on to what I ordered. I definitely will keep coming !

The owner is super nice and always seems to be helping her staff, especially when busy. I’ve been there now a couple of times. They’re very fast and efficient. Great service and food. Another location would not accept my coupon. I called the owner and she let me know I could come there and she was willing to honor the coupon unlike the SUBWAY® on Eastbay. I appreciate her, and know that not all franchises accept them.

So apparently on Dec 20th bout an hour ago I cashed out at Walmart and wanted to get subs for me an my kids. After waiting nearly 15 mins for service the BOY working named Joseph decided to skip us and take the next guys order and when he said to Joseph these people haven't ordered yet He Said Nope and shook his head No and proceeded to ask the guy what he wanted. I will Never go back there and glad I actually went to my usual location..

People were nice - food was awful. Not worth the money. The coupon was very misleading as well. I’m not pleased and won’t be returning- Publix is the place for a great sub!!

Order ahead for pickup to save, specific more or less, leave dressing off for eating later and add then. No wait but do check, on the rare occasion, they are happy to help. On those occasions, I tip Xtra.

I go to sit down after I ordered my food… and none of the tables were wiped off and food all over the floor! None of the staff are even trying to come clean it up…they are busy talking amongst each other!

The food was excellent. Staff was all. Very friendly. The manager smiley was very clear and fast. Probably the best subway around! 5/5 will definitely be coming back to this location

sabrina made my sub when i was there she was the sweetest thing she recommended me a great sandwich i really enjoyed it her customer service was excellent i will be back next time i shop just to see her :)))
