So apparently on Dec 20th bout an hour ago I cashed out at Walmart and wanted to get subs for me an my kids. After waiting nearly 15 mins for service the BOY working named Joseph decided to skip us and take the next guys order and when he said to Joseph these people haven't ordered yet He Said Nope and shook his head No and proceeded to ask the guy what he wanted. I will Never go back there and glad I actually went to my usual location..

People were nice - food was awful. Not worth the money. The coupon was very misleading as well. I’m not pleased and won’t be returning- Publix is the place for a great sub!!

I could have sworn footlongs were $5... guess not anymore. The service was okay. Annie was the only worker there at the time and she was in the back for a long period of time when I initially came in. After about 3 minutes she finally acknowledged me & came out to help. They should get a bell for cases like this when there's only one worker. The establishment seems pretty clean. Annie was pleasant.

Order ahead for pickup to save, specific more or less, leave dressing off for eating later and add then. No wait but do check, on the rare occasion, they are happy to help. On those occasions, I tip Xtra.

I go to sit down after I ordered my food… and none of the tables were wiped off and food all over the floor! None of the staff are even trying to come clean it up…they are busy talking amongst each other!

The food was excellent. Staff was all. Very friendly. The manager smiley was very clear and fast. Probably the best subway around! 5/5 will definitely be coming back to this location

sabrina made my sub when i was there she was the sweetest thing she recommended me a great sandwich i really enjoyed it her customer service was excellent i will be back next time i shop just to see her :)))

Sabrina was the lady that serviced us. She seemed to have an attitude. She was very slow at making our subs while there was a line forming. She asked me what I would like in my sub and I told her spinach and olives. She said no that they do their sauces first. In shock I just told her what sauce I wanted. Then she ask me if I wanted anything else. I told her spinach and olives. So she gave me lettuce and olives. I told her no I said spinach and olives so she just added spinach to my sub. I was amazed by her attitude and the service she gave me. We added chips, cookies and pretzels to our order and that just seemed to annoy her. She also had acrylic nails on, which is quite disgusting and against food safety. I worked at two subways before and she not subway material. I would fire her on the spot if I were to be the manager working there and actually get someone that like their job. That is outgoing, friendly, people oriented, forgiving, compassionate, efficient and speedy.

I give you 2 stars cuz u guys didnt cancel my order or call me and tell me yaw dont have seafood sensation if you guys didnt have the sea foods sensation why is it still on the order menu online ? Yaw need to update these kind of things so we dont order it with short notice. Now I have to do door dash refunds. I hate going thru process.
