Just bought a combo meal, $11 and change. I go to sit down to eat my meal and a huge cockroach is on the dining room floor. Alive.
I threw my sandwich away.
If they have live, huge cockroaches in the dining room then they must be running all over the kitchen.
Disgusting! No lunch for me, no refund and I'll never step foot in that filthy place again.

Please fire the heavy set woman working here. Her attitude is horrible and she sneezed all over the food like it was a day in park. Very unprofessional and DISGUSTING

the owner of the store needs to keep up on his machines. they switched over to Pepsi but their ice machine has been broken for quite a while. there are no signs to say there's no ice. which would be helpful in deciding whether or not to buy a drink. I have no problems with the employees in the store, they are great and the food is good. but there's a lack of attention to the store itself from ownership. in my opinion

I came to the west bay store and asked for 2 pepperoni dippers and got four. The lady working there is never happy and talks very quietly not a good store there is also a guy that works there as well he talks about his personal life I don’t want to listen to to that

This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. The person who attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. I’ve visited many Subway locations, and this one stands out—in the worst way. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Went to pick up a mobile order, when I got there, nobody was behind the counter so i stood and waited. Eventually someone came up and asked if i had a mobile order, I said yeah so he came behind the counter finally. Then she started prying about if i was a “girl or boy.” with a nasty look on his face and didnt seem to believe i was here to pickup for a “melissa” even after i showed him the order confirmation. My voice was a bit raspy because I just got over a cold; but who cares? my gender aint none of your concern. just hand me my sub and let me leave. left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Nice Subway located on West Bay in Largo.
Plenty of seating and the restaurant appeared very clean.
There was a problem with the computer there so systems were down for a few minutes but after 10 minutes we were able to order. We understand things happen !
All the Subway menus online showcase The Monster (A Cheesesteak sandwhich with crispy bacon and double Monterey Jack cheese) . We checked online before going there and the Monster was on their menu but after asking for that we were informed by the gentleman working the counter that they don't offer that samdwhich and he never heard of it. This has been a frequent occurrence at every Subway we have tried . Why list a meal with pictures but none of your restaurants serve it?
Ok, rant over !
We ended up ordering 3 full size Cheesesteaks and an assortment of their cookies they had in their display case.
The sandwiches were all very good and the cookies were delicious.
I rated the service,food and atmosphere 5 stars but an overall 4 stars because of their online menu discrepancy.
We live a few blocks from this Subway and plan on going there more often.
We recommend trying this one !

Don't send an email from corporate saying the code is good in stores or online and then 3 stores we visited did not take the code. So we ordered on the app to use the code. 30 min later and still waiting for our subs. Really!!!!!

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. it was not what I ordered. 1 salad I ordered was correct the other one didn't have any cucumber or tomato on it. disappointed this is the second time I've ordered where my order has not been correct. I recommend going in and ordering it and not ordering it online where you can see them making it
