Been to this location twice, first time was around 930 and had no bread. Nect time was at 943 and told they were closed. They close at 10. I've worked in restaurants for most of my life, so I do understand coming in close to closing. But, it's a sandwich!! No one has to cook, clean down a grill or clean tables. I usually love subway but I will never try to go to this store again

Ordered$50 worth of sandwiches online order was completely wrong sandwiches were horrible I found a hair in the tuna melt normally the store does well I don't know who they have working right now but I do not know if I will return

I usually stop by once or twice a week for lunch, the crew behind the counter is always awesome! Especially today Ceasar was great to talk to and made a BOMB wrap for me! Definitely going to continue coming to this location!

Don't go here.. very unprofessional. Neither Beverly or Daniel greet customers, or ask you to wait And when asked if it's possible to get service....Daniel responded "I guess so" . Then cleaned the floor, then picked up the lettuce container placing it back in the buffet without washing his hands. Ugh .. disgusting...

Wish I could give them less stars!A police report is required to get your food here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.I ordered food online and when I got to the subway, 2 employees were out front ignoring us, both seemed irritable and upset that they would have to work. I waited patiently for them to go behind the counter, when we told them we ordered online, one employee (Beverly) said we hadn't and we told her the name of the order to which she said she didnt have an order for. So we checked to make sure it was the correct store which it was. When we told her that she said someone grabbed it already.I provided our order number and asked if we could have a refund or have the food made but she said no. I explained that it was paid for and I should get a refund or my food, but she said she would not do it. So I asked if I needed to call the police because my order was paid for and I received nothing. She ignores me and so my brother tries to talk to her and she kept making rude comments and ignoring our concerns. I called the largo police non emergency number and waited for an officer to arrive. As we waited we watched through the window in our vehicle, they kept staring at us and pointing as they talked. When the officer arrived he spoke with us and then Beverly, she claimed that we were committing fraud and we had our friend pick up our order earlier. He requested the video from the camera and she called the franchise owner or manager. When he arrived much later, he got out of his car shirtless and put his shirt on in the parking lot before eyeing me down walking into the store. They got the video and the officer asked him to show me the video. It was a man I had never seen before. The manager tried to convince me and the officer that I knew this guy. If I had committed a felony to get free subs why would have called the police on myself? The manager told me I couldn't have a refund but I could have my subs made. I agreed and they slowly made our subs, staring at us the entire time. Overall IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET OUR SUBS.

Read you receipt carefully! There were additional charges on the bill. I am not sure if they were on purpose or by mistake. However, Beverly and the manager were very hostile when confronted on incorrect charges. It is quite a project to get them corrected. Not a comfortable experience.

We placed an order online for our family. We went to pick up the order and the 2 employees stated that they gave the order to someone else who came in before us. We told them that we have the receipt and identification. The said that they are not remaking our subs or providing a refund and that we can call the police if we feel that's what we need to do. We did call Largo police and filed a police report. Monday, I have to submit a dispute at the bank and we will have to place an order somewhere else for tonight. What a mess. Serious regrets on visiting this store!!!!!!!!
