I got there at 8:38 and the doors were locked and the woman shook her head at me and had the whole thing nearly cleaned out. I had no idea they closed earlier then the hours posted on days of no significance.

Ordered a tuna sandwhich on doordash and got a sandwhich with basically no tuna in it at all. If you're out of tuna, call me and tell me and I'll get something else.

Does not except coupons or does specials. Actual charges more then other subways. Very skimpy on meat but pushing you to add more for a fee. I was going to subway 2-3 times a week but stopped because of this. All my coworkers also stopped going there.

I liked this place a lot and ordered from them regularly off the subway app until I discovered this greedy owner pockets all of the tips for staff from the app. What an absolutely disgusting act to take from the sandwhich artists who work hard to keep your business open. Quite frankly it doesn’t surprise me because he also doesn’t allow ANY deals or promotions either. I would honestly rather flush my money down the toilet than give it to a business owner who does this.

They do not accept coupons at this location. Do not waste your time go down the street to the Subway Walmart location inside the Walmart there is a subway they take coupons and are very polite.

I’ve been to this subway quite a few times and it is hands down by far the best Subway/sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is so cool and caring and even offered me some encouraging words when i was down one day. I highly recommend this location on East bay even if you have to drive a little further. Everything is always fresh and he makes great sandwiches and is just an awesome guy in general.
