It says it should be opened 8 am every day. Got here at 9:05 am, lady says she opens at 9 am, well 9:05 it’s past 9. If you can’t open your store on time, get employees that can or close the close the store all together! People have no work ethics anymore!
Last weekend I was greeted by Megan and Julian for what was the most unexpected service! They heard my needs for a gathering I was hosting, took action and truly went above and beyond!!! I will always support them!!! Thank you again!!

Terrible terrible terrible. I placed a mobile order for two foot long meals and came inside the store, I waited 15 minutes for the woman to hear the beeping sound of the computer alerting her she had a mobile order. Someone then walked in and she made his sandwich before ever clearing the screen to see my mobile order. I ordered a sandwich toasted wasn’t toasted. I got cucumbers on it, didn’t ask for that. The bacon was soggy and uncooked. The second footlong thankfully was not messed up but I paid $30 for nothing ! The soda machine had no drinks available completely empty. Only 2 soda options. My cookies were hard as a brick !!! And when I asked her if she could toast it she argued that it wasn’t on the receipt. I clearly pointed to it for her and she said that’s weird it should be at the bottom of the receipt. She could hardly walk and shouldn’t have even been working there. It took almost an hour just to get two subs correctly done. Ended up with rock hard cookies, terrible soda, and a sub messed up. She replaced it but didn’t even use a clean knife to cut it she just wiped a dirty knife off with her glove. Absolutely terrible I want a refund !!

Horrible service. Employee was working in the back for over 20 minutes and ignored everybody waiting in line. Third time trying to get a sandwich here. Weird place

I ordered the meal of the day, but to make it a 12 footlong instead of the 6 footlong. While making the bread I noticed it wasn't 12 footlong. I said something, then he gonna say you did say meal of the day which is a 6 footlong. Why does it have to be complicated on just giving me the 12 footlong. Then I noticed the person cashing out someone didn't know how to count change or even have enough cash to give to customer. Luckily I was gonna pay with card anyways. What turned me down was the fact nothing was really stocked as far as fresh food. I will not be returning to this location

The lettuce tastes disgusting the mayo as well and the sandwich looks like it has just been smashed together and sent out for delivery.

Everything I come to store, one is never there to serve me! I don't know what time they close because it doesn't say but I usually come around 7:30-8:30! That's Crazy it no one around! Must be in back getting high!

Terrible customer service. Came in for a quick sandwich, but the staff completely ignored me to focus on online orders. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and I waited over 15 minutes while she took her time. Serve the customers in front of you first! Won’t be coming back. I patiently was trying my best to wait.. but her lack of customer service made me leave.

Unfortunately this subway has provided a terrible experience twice in a row. The first time I ordered online and when I got there the guy said they ran out of turkey and he couldn’t replace it for some reason because I ordered online. I reached out to Subway for a refund and still haven’t heard back. Today I ordered again specifically to try the new bread being advertised and when I got there the lady said “Oh we don’t sell much of it so we didn’t have any and I gave you white bread instead”. I told her I thought they were supposed to call if they have to alter an order so they can at least give you an option at the replacement and she looked at me and shrugged. Honestly I wouldn’t have ordered given the option she gave me, I can get white bread anywhere. Hoping there is a better recourse for handling orders placed for pickup online.

Then gets angry that im waiting so angrily shouts what can i get you multiple times. Not expecting high quality customer service, but i mean waffle house is better than that
