I ordered the meal of the day, but to make it a 12 footlong instead of the 6 footlong. While making the bread I noticed it wasn't 12 footlong. I said something, then he gonna say you did say meal of the day which is a 6 footlong. Why does it have to be complicated on just giving me the 12 footlong. Then I noticed the person cashing out someone didn't know how to count change or even have enough cash to give to customer. Luckily I was gonna pay with card anyways. What turned me down was the fact nothing was really stocked as far as fresh food. I will not be returning to this location

Everything I come to store, one is never there to serve me! I don't know what time they close because it doesn't say but I usually come around 7:30-8:30! That's Crazy it no one around! Must be in back getting high!

Terrible customer service. Came in for a quick sandwich, but the staff completely ignored me to focus on online orders. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and I waited over 15 minutes while she took her time. Serve the customers in front of you first! Won’t be coming back. I patiently was trying my best to wait.. but her lack of customer service made me leave.

Unfortunately this subway has provided a terrible experience twice in a row. The first time I ordered online and when I got there the guy said they ran out of turkey and he couldn’t replace it for some reason because I ordered online. I reached out to Subway for a refund and still haven’t heard back. Today I ordered again specifically to try the new bread being advertised and when I got there the lady said “Oh we don’t sell much of it so we didn’t have any and I gave you white bread instead”. I told her I thought they were supposed to call if they have to alter an order so they can at least give you an option at the replacement and she looked at me and shrugged. Honestly I wouldn’t have ordered given the option she gave me, I can get white bread anywhere. Hoping there is a better recourse for handling orders placed for pickup online.

Megan is horrible, she is nasty and rude , they are never open on time especially on Saturdays they open at noon even though the hours says 7, it’s been so many times this woman got a nasty attitude if you don’t like your job just stay home

Waiting in line for my order and there is one person at the line and this lady is a complete slow poke and the manager that was here didn't actually help and she is rude as well. She shouldn't be working at subway and they are not people person here, they are trash no joke. Don't go there beware of that store!

Lady behind counter on March 7th, at 10:30AM IS a IS A LIABILITY TO YOUR BUSINESS!!! RUDE ATTITUDE AND CANT UNDERSTAND BASIC INSTRUCTIONS THEN WANTS TO GET AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU AND START CURSING!!! Haven't been eating at Subway for a while as there's much better options everywhere including wawa. Went in because I heard of the new ownership and that they were stepping up their sandwiches. First return visit was good but 4 days later it was a absolute joke. No meat except for the thinnest slice of ham , cheese was wafer thin. Has the price has gone way up compared to the old days their food is subpar go to Wawa and get yourself your money's worth
