Doing an order by phone for someone who is UNABLE TO SEE. Asked if we could do one sandwich at the time to lessen confusion and the guy behind the counter said no. Had to go back and forth on each sandwich verifying which item went on which particular sandwich because the ordered couldn’t see it in person like I could. Rude and horrible customer service. 11/7 at 11:46am, server number says 200049. Transaction# 1/A-518187

I walked in to pick up a food delivery and there was only 1 worker and he was taking care of a group. He didn’t greet me He said “I’m working on your order” clearly he wasn’t. That’s why orders are sent way ahead of time. He should have had the order done before I got there. Hire more staff and your workers won’t look so run down! Horrible!

Went into get a chicken teriyaki sub. Very disappointed. More expensive than ever & half the sandwich. Very little chicken, probably 1/2 of what they used to place on the sub. I asked for Lettuce, tomato, black olives & cucumber. When he placed a few small slices of everything on the sandwich, I asked for a few more black olives. He advised they can only put 6 items of each veggie on the sub. They were not whole olives they were very small slices. He explained that are loosing money on the veggie's. Not whole olives but 6 small slices of black olives? Needless to say this was my last trip to subway!!

This is my first time ever coming to this store , and my friend and her kid go in to use the bathroom 1 time and came back out to the car to discuss if we wanted to have subway or not about 5-10 mins i go in to go to the bathroom and then after i was possibly going to buy myself a sandwich since my friend wanted to eat something different. i was approached by an employee before i could get to the bathroom stating he has me on camera coming in 4-5 times to use the bathroom but this is my first time ever in this store . he proceeds to tell me he doesn't want his bathroom messed up by me and was very rude I didn't get his name but man that was some experience I didn't even want a sub anymore i turned right back around and out the door if i could give it a 0 star just for the customer service i would.

Ernie is killing it here. Great service, great communication and such a hardworking guy. Ernie was literally the only employee there working and he took care a line of 7 people alone during the time I was there. He handled the rush and the customers perfectly. Go Ernie!! Thank you for your hard work!

Just visited this location. There was a gentleman working there the manager He was running the store by himself doing an excellent job. Was friendly and deserves to be paid more than he is. Says he has been by himself going on months. He needs to be paid accordingly.

Just ordered my sandwich using the app. Suppose to be double meat on both. It’s not even a deluxe. Bread is wrong. Sauce is wrong. Shows that management doesn’t know how to train employees. People that work here are not very honest either. Stay away from this store.

This place is horrible. Very Rude Employees. Unprofessional I do not recommend this location to anyone. There's way more subways that you can go to in this area where Employees actually care about there job and treat you with respect..

As soon as I walked in I noticed the dude behind the counter was running around like a chicken with its head cut off speaking so fast I could barely understand him and same with the lady behind me. He threw my sandwich together so fast it was like a toddlers arts and crafts project. Then he’s rushing me to pick my toppings and when we get to the jalapeños I asked for extra and the dude straight up looks me dead in the eye and says “sorry man I can’t do it”. Excuse me? I’ve been coming to subway for years and never once had ANYONE tell me that I can’t he’s extra toppings. Like what the hell subway? So after going back n forth with him for about 30-45 seconds he just wraps up my sandwich and hands it to me and says have a nice day. Unbelieveable. Never coming back to this location again.

I had to write a review because usually subway is the land of inconveniences but not this time. My girlfriend and I were in and out. The guy working I think by himself (or atleast for the 3 minutes I was there) was on point. He should be the standard. I've never been to a subway and been so impressed with how I didn't have to correct the person or like make awkward conversation or get weird looks for putting mayo on my pizza sub. Like... stop giving me side eye ! I can make my own sandwich!Anyway... I told him I wanted the monster and the guy didn't even have to look he went straight to making it. His back much hurt from carrying the team. Guys a legend.
