I called to help my mom place her order because she doesn’t speak English fluently. I was translating for her over the phone, but the woman at this Subway was extremely rude and impatient. She refused to take my mom’s order, ignored me while I was translating in English, and in the end denied service only because my mom speaks Spanish. This is unacceptable and discriminatory. No customer should ever be treated this way.

They lady working inside was doing her best despite the conditions.
The air-conditioning inside the restaurant was out of order making it very hot inside. Buildup of condensation on all the cold prep area was worrysome. But we did not notice how bad it was until we got home, wilted lettuce, soggy onions and moist bread. Didn't eat these. :/

I'm not the only one leaving a 1 star review. I've been there twice, and both times were an experience. Both workers were rude. A male and a female.

Sandwich was fine, but the subway app gave me the wrong directions and sent me to 12000 south Missouri which is some retirement home. the problem was worse as this Subways address is unreadable from the street. At least they took the coupons which is better than the Clearwater beach Subway (Myrtle St)

Always fresh and quick which is why I love it and I don't feel bloated eating it like every resturant you go to now a days.

I ordered sandwiches for my wife and I with double meat. I didn't get double on either sandwich. I wouldn't be here doing this except this isn't the first time. I guess they figure if you order via door dash they can rip you off. If these are double meat I'd hate to see their single.

Is this location still in operation? i placed an order through the subway app for pickup on 6/2/25 and when I arrived at 6:35pm, the store was closed. I went on 6/3/25 to obtain a refund and it was closed again. When trying to obtain a refund through the app it states to contact the store. No one answers and the mailbox is full.

Horrible customer service, employee Amanda was extremely rude and refused to do her job , she was racist towards me, she seemed irritated by the way she looked at me despectively and talked as if i was a child. Shes definitely NOT meant to be in customer service she doesnt treat customers with respect.

A few days ago, I ordered a veggie patty sub through the Subway website only to be on my way when I received a call from the store that they don’t carry veggie patties so they couldn’t make my sandwich. I was told that, in order to get a refund, I would need to contact Subway through my confirmation email. Well, that’s been impossible. I’ve used the chat twice and gotten no acknowledgment or response. I tried calling the store. Voicemail was full. Emailed the only email address I could find and the website says it will only respond to inquiries and for customer support go to another website. That webpage is down. This is ridiculous! I need my money refunded to me! I never received my order because the Subway website had a menu item on there that wasn’t even carried.

I ordered a steak and cheese not toasted, when I get home the meat was almost frozen. He didn't even heat up the meat! Who does that? I even left a $5 tip!

Lily is the most caring Subway customer service that me and my wife have met, and we have been in many different states. She is the kind of person to make a general manager or leader. She could make a big difference in the industry. Thank u Lily

Doing an order by phone for someone who is UNABLE TO SEE. Asked if we could do one sandwich at the time to lessen confusion and the guy behind the counter said no. Had to go back and forth on each sandwich verifying which item went on which particular sandwich because the ordered couldn’t see it in person like I could. Rude and horrible customer service. 11/7 at 11:46am, server number says 200049. Transaction# 1/A-518187

I walked in to pick up a food delivery and there was only 1 worker and he was taking care of a group. He didn’t greet me He said “I’m working on your order” clearly he wasn’t. That’s why orders are sent way ahead of time. He should have had the order done before I got there. Hire more staff and your workers won’t look so run down! Horrible!

Went into get a chicken teriyaki sub. Very disappointed. More expensive than ever & half the sandwich. Very little chicken, probably 1/2 of what they used to place on the sub. I asked for Lettuce, tomato, black olives & cucumber. When he placed a few small slices of everything on the sandwich, I asked for a few more black olives. He advised they can only put 6 items of each veggie on the sub. They were not whole olives they were very small slices. He explained that are loosing money on the veggie's. Not whole olives but 6 small slices of black olives? Needless to say this was my last trip to subway!!
