Worst order ever! I had to repeat my order 4 times at the drive thru because the worker didn’t know the menu and had no clue what I was ordering. Then the food was ice cold when we got home and we only live 5 mins from Taco Bell. It clearly had been sitting for a long time. The tacos were pasted to the wrappers and completely fell apart due to it being soggy and old. Disappointing and disgusting. We will never go back here. Worst tacos I’ve ever gotten. We will drive farther to a different location and hope it’s better next time we want Taco Bell.

Ordered chips and cheese on DoorDash. Got the cheese, no chips. Ordered tacos with no lettuce. They showed up with lettuce bits in it as if they put lettuce on it and thereafter, took it off.
These are NOT AT ALL what the store has advertised. Not in the commercials. Not in the store self serve kiosk. Not what's on the menu boards. And not even at least the aroma you smell walking into the fast food restaurant. These are much worse than you would expect. To say they look like they belong in a toilet would be an understatement because they even smell the part. Do not get the nuggets. The nacho fries have improved recently. Whoever was burning them originally must have been rotated to nugget duty.

Just stopped in, and while there was 6 employees inside and not a single customer inside or in the drive through they refused to take my order. Told me I had to be a volunteer employee and ring in my own food for free. Now I don't understand how that's acceptable. I took the time to get out of my car to eat in the dinning room. I'm not wearing a taco bell shirt nor am I being paid to do what the 6 paid employees refuse to do. If all you offer humanity is refusing to do the job your paid for please have the decency to remove your self from the equation.
