I pulled in around 3:50 AM after driving around way too long trying to find an open Taco Bell. When I got there, the very kind woman at the window let me know they were out of rice and queso and asked what I’d like instead. I told her to just give me whatever she thought would make me happy.
Somehow, that turned into the best Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever had. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the two women working, but they were both incredibly nice. This was Thursday night (3/6), and they absolutely saved my night.

Went in the drive through, spent 22 minutes stuck in the drive through and never got my food. Two cars ahead of me and they just couldn't do their jobs. Will never go to that location again.

I love this Taco Bell. They always go above and beyond. Plus, they still make some of the old school stuff (secret menu). Double-decker taco, combo burrito, and the original beef burrito. The smart management here knows how to make adjustments and ring it in correctly to do it the old way. Kailey working in the drive-through today was awesome. She was able to order the double-decker tacos for me today. Great job everybody. Been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so.
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and I haven’t always had the best experiences at this location. However, that completely changed once Zanaya began working here. She is the young lady at the drive-through window, and she has been absolutely amazing every time I’ve visited. Over the past several visits, she has consistently gone above and beyond, especially when helping me with my rewards through the app. Her customer service truly stands out and has made a big difference in my experience at this location.

i hated going all the workers suck st there jobs i got churros and DIDNT get them im very disappointed and sad i wanna cry i really wanted churros do better and get better staff that know how to do there job

Just once I would love to spend my money at a Taco Bell that isn't staffed by people who clearly hate working there enough to take it out on their customers by intentionally preparing their order extremely poorly.
It's one thing to give them the wrong items, or even not even include them at all, which also occurred during this visit - but when you're actively serving burnt food like these nuggets I was given last night, it almost feels criminal. On top of that, they don't even know how to count since I wasn't even given the correct amount.
How do you sleep at night overcharging people for inedible food? Where is your shame?

This is seriously the nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Their staff is amazing and patient. The menu has recently changed; my favorite was gone yet Tysin R, tonight's cashier, patiently waited for me to make my decision while keeping up with the people in the drive thru ahead of me.
