I used to go to ulmerton a couple of years back and they were ok but for 3 years now I have been going to this Tacobell and the black lady April has ALWAYS been a delight. My food is always on point you can hear her guiding her team making sure they stay on top of the task at hand. My food ALWAYS FULL and NEAT. The store is ALWAYS CLEAN. I know it’s because of her you can hear the guidance and care in her voice when she speaks to her team and to me as a customer. Today just really took the cake even when it’s pretty busy she still greeted me with a smile and stay consistent with my food being full and neat. I am beyond amazed by the team and mostly their captain . Thank you for all you have done to make this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my 47 years of living.

April, you’re an absolute disgrace for ANY fast food restaurant! You should be embarrassed and your manager should be ashamed! Tip for the day. 90% of the working class, let alone a mother with a 4 year old coming into YOUR establishment because YOU are inadequate at YOUR job, will not get back into her car, drive back to your establishment and claim there was a missing item, if that item was in fact, placed in the bag!! I waited 20 minutes inside your building after calling ahead to alert you we had a missing item and you informed me to come back to get it!! After watching several fries go out and me standing in my slippers with my 4 year old WAITING for something we should have already received, I asked if I was going to get the fries soon? April, then decided to bring her lovely attitude to the counter accuse me of LYING, and after 50 minutes of our receipt time stamp tells me SHE bagged our order and knows she put the fries in the bag. Literally left speechless, Holding my shoe-less 4 year old (this was supposed to be, what I thought, a quick in and out transaction) I ask for her managers information and a pen to write it on my receipt. She told me she isn’t giving me “no pen”, but I can go out and get my phone to take his info. Best believe I went out and got my phone!! Here’s the best part!! I had a receipt from the restaurant….( She is the one that checked it so she was well aware I had exactly what she was about to give me). She then asks another employee in the back office to grab a restaurant receipt from “back there” and provided me the same number listed on my receipt, to contact her manager, Eric.
DISGUSTED with this place!! My husband and daughter are obsessed with Taco Bell! I PROMISE we will NEVER give our hard earned money to this particular franchise of Taco Bell EVER again!!!! Absolutely disgusting to treat someone the way she did over $3 fries!

Lazy customer service. You get to the register and eveyone in the back just looks at you with no greet, they expect you to use the self-order machine. The store wasn't busy at all to ignore me. Maybe I don't wanna self order bc I have a short break and I need to place my order quick. I didn't have time to learn the machine and menu. I actually have a real job than to sit there for 2 mins without a single word. Don't like your job then get another one. Poor service that's why I took a big shit and left. I recently ordered two Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combos, which also came with a hard taco and a drink. The staff prepared my meal fresh, and the service was impressively quick. Best of all, my order was accurate, and they kindly included the extra hot taco sauce I requested.

I just spent $30 to be treated terribly by the guy working the window right now. He needs to work in the back. Absolutely no business working with paying customers. He didn’t speak to me at all. Super rude. I had to ask twice for sauce and after handing it to me gave me an awful look. I even said thank you and he just stared at me like he hates everything about his job. Not going back.

I ordered tacos for my wife. I pulled up to the window and the girl told me how much I paid her she handed me the food I said thank you she said nothing and close the doors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food is the worst of any Taco Bell I’ve ever had. The workers are rude and would rather piss off than do their jobs. On more than one occasion I sat for over 20 minutes waiting for only two burritos(bean and rice and a beefy 5 layer). Unbelievable even for a Taco

Honest question, why do you put 33 sauce packets in an order that cost $15 when didn’t even ask for sauce? How many packets would we receive if I asked for sauce e packets? And if your sauce packet budget warrants this behavior, is the correlation to counter act the cost to charge for the actual good sauces like creamy jalapeño? Can I walk in and make a trade with you: 33 packets of hot sauce for one 2oz cup of creamy jalapeños.
Me: "chalupa no lettuce no sour cream please"
Taco bell: " okay, I'll just pick as much lettuce off this one until I get bored enough to stop"

Went to this location 2 weeks ago and had the worst service. Ordered on app, went through drive through and cashier was rude and looked like she didn’t care about her job. Told me to go inside to get orders and I was holding up line. Got to window and they gave me my food with a perturbed look. I reached out to Taco Bell Bell complaint link to stress concerns and nobody has contacted me after 2 attempts. Will look for my mexican food elsewhere if Taco Bell condones this type of behavior. smh

This place is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's wild how consistently poor they are in service. EVERY time I order something through the app I get to the window for them to tell me they are out of something that they will not substitute for anything else. Half of the items are missing when I get them so I can't even leave the line without checking my bag, and the items I get are missing half the ingredients. I've provided feedback each time on the website for missing items and nobody at Taco Bell cares to reach out. No, I'm not going to contact my bank to dispute the purchase of a burrito. Just get better or close, but I'll drive to another location to hopefully get the stuff I pay for.

I got a crunchwrap Supreme and a cheesy gordita crunch. Very good, but the ground beef is kind of tasteless. I love the sauce on the cheesy gordita crunch.

As I sit in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins my food is cold because they have ZERO communication skills!! if it’s mobile orders only and they come up to the drive-through they should tell them but tell them to go around and order it then come back not sit in line and order it then wait.. now let’s hope my order is right!

Ordered my food. Employees were too busy chit chatting in a hurry to close the window instead of paying attention to what the customer wants. I ordered a drink and the girl gave me a cup with soda but no ice. After asking her if I could have ice, she says our machine is broke. Don’t you think that’s something I should have been told?! NO manners at all, after saying thank you to everything. Just very cold window staff. This TB sucks! Go to another location!
