Tried calling but no answer..I came through earlier and got a Crunchwrap amongst other items and the inside of the crunch wrap tasted burnt.... almost like the shell was overcooked or old. I couldn’t eat it. Hoping to get a replacement tomorrow when I come in or a refund.

I had my order placed and I pulled up in the drive-thru. I asked for an additional item, and I was told that that was not going to be an option, I had to actually go through the drive-thru again because they could not add one item to my order. Which is really stupid because there was no one in behind me and they could have obviously added it but the cashier informed me that the computers don't work that way. 🙄🙄🙄

Ask for sauce, they don’t ask if you want any, and you’ll still never get any. Like really, it takes you an extra hand grab to give a Cpl sauce packets to customers?! Laziness at its best. Expect friendly service?, will never get it here….stay away.
Go to the one on Park blvd, they’re always friendly, precise, and awesome customer service.
For fast, cheap taco craving it is fine. Their trays needed cleaning. I had to wash my hands after picking up my food. Staff very nice & accommodating.

Went during a bad rain storm, they have no cover over the ordering box so I drove up to the window, and he told me I couldn't order at the window (no one in line at all in front or behind me). Didn't feel like ruining my electronics in the door of my truck. Will not visit this one again.

This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The staff were SO nice and our food came out almost immediately after we ordered. The restaurant was clean and felt safe to eat in.
