Terrible! Will not be going back and 100% do not recommend. None of the tables were bussed when we arrived even though the place did not seem busy. I ordered the steak and eggs. The eggs were over cooked and the steak was also over cooked, tough and bland. I did not even get the potatoes and toast that were supposed to come with it. I ate the overcooked eggs and a few bites of the steak. When I told the server that I didn’t get the sides and the steak was not good, they did nothing to rectify it and still charged $16 for two eggs, basically. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip. If you’re looking for a good breakfast, I would suggest going elsewhere.

My sister and I enjoyed our meal so much. Our waitress was so sweet, and our food was so good. I got the patty melt, sweet potato waffle fries and fresh green beans. My sister got a cheeseburger, regular fries and sweet potato fries. What a charming little diner. Sweet staff and great food at a good price. We'll definitely be returning again.

The restaurant is very small but cozy and clean the service was amazing and the food was really good my omelet was perfect and the home fries were cooked excellently and you could tell the fryer was fresh the only thing that lacked was a bit of seasoning but nothing that wasn't taken care of with a bit of salt and pepper.

Mom and I went to the Corner skillet for the first time, never have been before, and yet it was practically across the street from where we live?! Never knew this hole in the wall, little gem, would be the best breakfast place in largo !! We are not exactly morning people so we like to sleep in and go for a late breakfast so we did get there at the corner skillet yesterday by 2:00 for our “late breakfast”, young lady whom greeted us was very friendly, polite, told us we can sit wherever we want, so we sat by the window to people watch. Coffee and oj came out, I am a sucker for a skillet so I got the Greek skillet mom went for the French toast. Food came out quick, very fast service! My skillet came out on a hot on a sizzling skillet and portion was huge! Mom’s French toast portion was huge also, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS !!! 🤤 Can’t wait to go back with the rest of my family!!!! Price was very reasonable considering that the portions are huge and yummy !!!😋 Lookign forward to my breakfast the following morning!!! 😀

Our food was OK. My husband ordered a well-done hamburger but it was rare and completely plain (he ordered everything on it). He didn't want to say anything but, I did. The waitress could not have been nicer. I wish I could remember her name but it was on July 14th if that helps. I would go back just for her because of how kind and accommodating she was. I wish all servers were like her.

The waitress took my order, but didn’t put it in until she took her time to do several other things. After I saw her finally put my order in I tipped her well and took a walk to the store to kill the time that she was clearly wasting. I came back and my food was sitting there, but it took her another 10+ minutes, cleaning tables and going in the back before even acknowledging me and it wasn’t busy at all. She had 2 tables at that point. I even saw the cook ask her why she took so long and she made excuses about having to clean tables first. Really? Of course there were no smiles or anything pleasant either from her either. She made me late getting back to work and I probably won’t go back or recommend this place again.
