I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at The Jim. After paying my tab and leaving a tip, Nancy (bartender/manager) accused me of not paying. Instead of verifying properly, she then approached my friend and asked them to pay for the same tab again.
It was embarrassing and handled in a very unprofessional manner. A manager should know how to review receipts or POS records before confronting customers. The attitude and tone were unnecessarily hostile.
Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression.
