I absolutely love this vape store. I have been using the same juice for a very long time. I always ordered it online. However it’s inconvenient because you don’t always have it when you need it or doesn’t always come in so I happened to drive by this vape store and decided to go in and see if they carried it it wasn’t automatically in their inventory but they told me they would order it for me and call me when it was in now Every single time I go in there my juice is there waiting for me because they automatically order it for me to make sure I always have it the people in there are amazing They have the best customer service always treat you like you are important and make sure that you’re always going to leave with the things that you want even if they have to order it for u I am, happy to say I will always be a loyal customer

Luigi provided the BEST customer service! I called looking for a specific item. He was friendly and could tell he was smiling on the phone. He checked the stock and unfortunately didn’t have my desired flavor.Luigi got my information, called their sister store down the road, verified stock and called me back within a couple minutes…again with a cheery attitude!That’s a great employee right there…keep him close. :)10/10 recommend
