My husband and I got the same steak burrito combo except for the rice, he got Spanish and I had lime. Cashier was friendly, quick and fast ordering at approx 6pm on Tuesday.
We see others get their food who ordered after us, almost to the point where I'm sure they had forgotten us. Alas, our burrito came to our table. Food was okay. The burrito I had, was NOT the burrito I had ordered. I was half way through the burrito when I noticed it had refried beans- I ordered black. In the last half of my burrito, I noticed that it was not steak I was eating but it was mostly cooked ground beef. My husband's food was how it was ordered, I sure hope the person who got my burrito enjoyed the upgrade.

I got a single soft shell beef taco with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. My husband got nachos with beef. Both items wear just ok. The service was good. The ceiling in one part of the restaurant needed repairs. They did have it roped off.

So I went here a couple days ago to do a deal with something something you know on the side and the waitress was real nice let me sit there and didn't have to buy anything till I appreciate them to deal that I did wasn't as profitable as I wanted but it needs to be done other than that great x

Took about 15 min to get the food. They've closed most of the ones I use to go to so thought the drive would've been worth it. The service was friendly, food was on par but took very long to get food, at least 15, maybe 20 min.
Massively underwhelming food experience, there was hardly any ground beef on my burrito? While I was only an occasional customer at Tijuana Flats, I can say that I will never be a customer there again. The staff is friendly, so no problems there, it's just the food is now a huge disappointment.
My wife and I both ordered a ground beef burrito for take-out. When we got home and started eating, we were wondering where the meat was; bite after bite was pure rice. Once we got to the very end of the burrito, we found the meat! A whopping two teaspoons of meat, at best. It seems as though everything has massively declined as of late and this place is no exception.
Never again, you have permanently lost us as a customer.
