Burrito was great except for the rice. I loved the service, and how clean the restaurant was. I have a suggestion for preparation of rice, per usual very cup of rice pour a cup of water so that the rice isn’t too hard not too soft. That all!! I liked the everything else. Thank you!!

Sheri saved me from a doomed order, all 3rd party fault. Going above and beyond. This past month has been nothing but one thing after another, seriously could give limity snicket some competition and DoorDash almost broke me... Sheri saved the day.

Went in this evening to place an order for my family. Was treated rudely by your employee Sierra. To avoid confrontation, called later on to speak with a manager. Sierra answered the phone after a few seconds she tells me the manager wasn’t available and could she take a message. When I asked if I could have a corporate contact number she proceeded to hang up on me. A businesses success relies on customer service. Something of which she severely lacks. Please do better.

Order my bf taco Tuesday for online pick up arrived 20 mins later it was extremely packed I was getting a bit frustrated waiting on the food and it was taking really long but the team they have at this store made sure to check on me multiple times and the manager they had on duty seen my frustration and made sure he took care of the order he was outstanding I see why he is in management position he definitely cares about his guests I wish more establishments had a manager like him! You guys rocked tonight.
