I am a Fan of Tijuana Flats but this location leaves me flat. From the broken door handle on the entrance to the luke warm food and lackluster service this location doesn’t do the brand justice. If this is your first experience at a Tijuana Flats and you weren’t impressed try any one of the many surrounding locations you’ll be surprised.

I hate Tijuana Flats I always have I think they food is horrible but my girl-friend likes to go there so that's why we go there but the food nasty don't taste like nothing yuck ?
Have t been here in awhile. I can say great food with great staff, and everything was on point. Considering what you get, it’s a really good bang for your buck! The food actually tasted fresh and not like it’s left over ingredients. Chips were also fresh and not stale (hate that) but it was all good to go! We will be back for more!

3 stars because while the nachos order was a big serving for the money, I ordered steak nachos and in that entire pile of food there were maybe, maaaaybe 8 small pieces of steak.Still filling though and I ate it all but the shredded lettuce has a very weird taste - I've honestly never tasted that ever in my life (54) and I don't want to accuse what I don't know happened but it taste *as if the lettuce was washed with soap ??? Weird chemical tasteI was hungry, I ate.The people were friendly but honestly, I won't go back. I'm just traveling through anyway.******Please don't skimp on the meat and please figure out why your shredded lettuce taste like soap******

We had just set down outside to decide where to have brunch/lunch between here and first watch. The place was empty no one inside other than workers. A lady walked out from the location and asked us if we were waiting and my husband said we were waiting to decide she told us we could go set on a bench.We got up and decided to wait for first watch even though tiajuana flats was empty with quick service available.While waiting for first watch several others came to sit down in the chairs who were waiting for first watch and the next 20 mins no one came out and asked them to move.Honestly it was a disappointing experience and we won’t be visiting this location due to the way we were talked to.
