Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This was my first time eating here. I ordered on the app and chose curbside pickup. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time and saw three people go in and out with food. Eventually I went in and my food had been ready, sitting under the counter. Three workers were in there with one person just standing around. The bowl was now warm fruit and the shake was melted. If you are too lazy to bring food out for curbside pickup, don't have it as an option. Waste of my money. I will never be back.

Smoothies and bowls are delicious. Great option for gluten free vegan. Hard to find breakfast anywhere that has gluten free options but also vegan.

Ordered the Acai Berry Blast with no sugar with vanilla whey protein. Its so good I had to go get another one almost daily every day this past few weeks. Employees were very nice and the store was super clean. +AAA all the way.

2nd time this has happened in the 3 times I've been here. Usually here early Saturday every few weeks since working in the area. Walked in to an empty place, called for the girl in the back but she was sitting down on a stool looking at her phone. Waited a little, just ended up leaving. Last time was the same, different person.

This location never disappoints! When I place my online order and make the 3-5 minute drive to go pick it up, my order is always ready and waiting for me, even during peak lunch hours. They're always friendly too.

I had a slight problem with one of my smoothie rewards. A huge thank you goes out to the manager Joe of this location! He fixed the issue expeditiously and showed much compassion and regard for the customer! I’m so thankful and will recommend this location to others each and every time! Thank you so much! -Carissa

came in for my mango magic and lily was very helpful and sweet! smoothie tastes phenomenal. will be stopping in again

I asked for a acai bowl and got a frozen bowl i was trying to take a bite and my spoon broke and i asked is it spoused to be rock hard frozen and they told me its supposed to me like that and proceeded to just give me a new spoon happened 9/29/24 around lunch time unbelievable and they told me to wait 5 mins to wait for it to unfreeze and form 1:50 to 2:03 iv been waiting and still rock hard how do you eat this
