Usually when I come in the service is good. Now it seems that not a single employee in this establishment knows how to make a slushy correctly anymore. Every single time I get a slushy they put too much syrup and it just tastes disgusting, even when I have them remake it. Tonight was no exception. Tonight was actually worse as that crew that was on at the time consisted of employees with a resting B face and did not even speak to us… Our cashier opened her window, didn’t say anything, turned around for a minute before we could order, and the only words that came out of her mouth were “anything else?” and “your total is $$$”.

Just had an incredible experience at Twistee Treat! The ice cream was delicious, and the service was amazing . A big shoutout to the amazing worker Sofia she didn’t just make my day but as well with my dog once she offered him a pup cup. she went above and beyond to make our visit special. Can’t wait to come back.

Two gorgeous young girls served me. Rebecca and Sofia, two tiny little teenage girls. Words cannot describe the joy I felt being in their presence. They remind me of my daughter. AMAZING SERVICE.
