I went this evening for the second time ever, and by 6 PM on a Friday night they’re out of chocolate ice cream. I then had to sit in the DT until the cars ahead of me were done. SMH

I didn’t get the young lady’s name but was very she rude and unprofessional rushed my order and didn’t even make it right if you don’t like your job get another one don’t ruin someone else’s night just because your miserable if it’s not clear enough she was the one taking my order

I recently moved to the area and was excited to see a Twistee Treat nearby, so I took my girlfriend there. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
At the drive-through, we had to repeat our order several times. I ordered a brownie boat—very simple. When we got home, we opened the container and there was no brownie at all, just ice cream. I dug through the entire cup and it was completely missing.
Being short on ice cream is one thing, but leaving out the main item is unacceptable. This isn’t what I expected, and I’d rather drive farther or just make my own brownie boat from the store.

Shrinkflation has arrived! First they raised the prices and now they removed the large cup. They add a little bit more to the small and call it large. Spills everywhere. Sad to see them gone. The service staff still amazing though.

9 out of 10 times they make a killer milkshake but every now and then you'll get a new employee that gives you a watered-down version of what you asked for.
If you have a dog riding along with you don't forget to ask for a pup cup.

These people are super nice and patient. I’ve been here just twice and used the drive through. They waited for me to decide what I wanted and their service was super nice. Especially Savanna did awesome. She’s nice and kind.

We have been coming here for a few years and love the ice cream. We always get large vanilla in a cup But , the last few months coming here always about once a week . The large serving is now like a small medium ! Not worth the money for the amount of ice cream. They say that’s a large , nope it used to be much larger . We are from a family of Ice Cream shop owners so we know what we are seeing . Skimping on amounts while raising prices . Simply not worth it . No more Twistee for us .

One of the worst visits ever here tonight. My family goes here often for ice cream. Tonight. I ordered a kiddle kit Katt, medium kit Katt, large snickers with pecans, taco with reeves and m&ms. I ended up with small kit Kat, medium reeves pieces and pecans, large kit katt and taco with m&ms. I also asked for the receipt which I never got. The past 2 times we've gone here they have messed up my ordered multi times. I tried to call the store and there isn't a local number to call. Im boycotting them now. Wawa is much cheaper and my order is always right.

We love twistee treat, no visit to the Tampa area is complete till we visit. Had a large strawberry vanilla twist cone and it was a case of my eyes were bigger than my stomach. But so good.
