The itamae makes yummy, nice sushi, including salmon California rolls, flavorful white fish, and pineapple tempura shrimp rolls. Guests also enjoy the steak and lobster hibachi, which is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff is amazing, providing attentive and quick service. While the sushi pieces may be small, the selection is decent, with options like salmon rolls, tuna rolls, cucumber rolls, avocado rolls, and mango rolls. The clear soup and chicken with fried rice remain delicious favorites. Conveniently located one block from Walmart, Umai Sushi is highly recommended.
