We were charged an 18% service charge without our knowledge. We were told the waitress was supposed to tell us! Well, it's supposed to be clearly posted! Of course our waitress wants the 18% plus whatever we tip! She got a 20 dollar tip that was very much undeserved. She never gave us refills, forgot my husband's pancakes and then to top it off conveniently forgot to tell us about the service charge she gets to pocket! I won't be back that's for sure! This is very disceptive and not a good business model.
