My order had food that was either cold or at best warm. Ordered thru the app and used the drive thru for pickup. Waited for the food to be brought out to the car. Headed to comdo less than a mile away. Won't be going back soon when McDonald's is around the corner.

Update I don’t know why I torture myself just got back and the food is cold again no matter what time of day the food is always cold not cool not warm. It is cold. Come on now Wendy’s.
Every time I order the breakfast, the potatoes are always cold and when they are cold, they taste horrible. Also a couple times they don’t put the cream and sugar in your coffee. It’s a little hard to do it while you’re driving that’s why all the drive-through’s do it for you other than that it’s not bad

Ordered 10 count nugget regular Not only got 6 nuggets but also got spicy nuggets. With that being the case the meal should have been half the price.

We got rotten sour cream. Called and spoke to manager "Kay" who gets on the phone giggling. She began the conversation by saying Hello Manager and I asked her name and she said why do you want to know my name. I replied because I would like to know who I'm speaking to and she laughed and said I guess.. I gave her my full name and told her I came through the drive through and ordered the items and I got home and my sour cream and chive baked potato was rotten. The sour cream smelled Rancid. She laughed and said sorry for the service we will work on it and then she hung up. I would recommend not ordering anything from this location.

The food at Wendy's is so much better than McDonald's, I never want to go to McDonald's again when I can spend my money at Wendy's. Breakfast burrito was 4 times better at Wendy's than McDonald's.
Even though the manager kicked me out of the place for allegedly fighting with someone , and the police said it never happened it didn't the day this allegedly transpired I was in Miami. Other then that this is a great place, always clean and right on time. Ericka great job!

I don’t typically dine at Wendy’s but just had to try the Carmel Frosty and it’s definitely a winner! Smooth, creamy, and packed with rich caramel flavor. It’s the perfect indulgent treat for any time of day. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Awful. If something is going to take OVER 20 minutes to make, you should probably to tell that to the customer. All we got was biscuits and gravy!!!!!! Waited over 30 minutes and there wasn’t even any cars in front of us. Didn’t even get a receipt. Then gave us the wrong order… wow is all I have to say. Corporate needs to step in and retrain or get new/ more staff.
