I am going to give this a 5 star review because the manager, Kyle, is amazing. My daughters weren’t treated very nicely when they went in to pick up a pre-order. These are good and respectful kids. The order was completely wrong as well. I called and Kyle happened to answer. He immediately knew what happened and was extremely apologetic and willing to work with us. The girls returned another time and the not-so-nice employee apologized to them and Kyle ensured they had a much better food experience. So I appreciate someone who goes above and beyond to fix the problem and uses excellent customer service. It’s rare to encounter such positive customer service and it’s greatly appreciated. So Kyle, cheers and thank you!

I used to love going to this location, and would go there every week to get the Wednesday collab meal. However, they have hired a new employee that is always at the register every single Tuesday that I go and she always messes up my order and proceeds to give me a hard time about it. She is a shorter larger individual that I don't know the name of or I would say that instead. I will no longer be going to your location though because I am sick of the hassle. She gets my meals wrong, she gets my drinks wrong, does not know how to do her job, and will be difficult about the smallest stupidest things. We also had to wait a stupid amount of time for three drinks.

Was there at 5:47 on Monday Sept 29, 2025. I'm not going to say I'm a Wendy's kind of sewer . However, I know my Wendy's. This is the best run Wendy's in Pinellas County. I've been wanting to write this for a long time but life makes other plans for me. Just had another excellent experience not but just 5 mind ago. Should've got the mangers name but I want this to be a surprise. Get this man a raise. The food, as always is great. The store was immaculate. This may seem like small potatoes to some. It is not. I have enough context to know this Wendys is the exception not the rule. If you are ever over in this part of Largo and looking for a next level fast food restaurant experience, this is the place.

The lady in the green TShirt was holding up the only register that was available chatting with employee about nonsense. I said can someone take me order she stopped talking and the same employee she was talking rung my order. I saw her go back and I think te manager override something. Senior beverages? They need another register open.
My Fiancé and and I had a great experience. The wait was a little long (didnt mind because I could visibly see they were busy) The crew is wonderful and the manager (cant remember his name) absolutely rocks!
