Went in to order….. before ordering we used the rest room! We did NOT order! What a disgusting establishment! Not like it was busy an no time to clean / one person in side one person at drive through!! Lazy employees and/or a manager who clearly doesn’t care! Ne er seen a Wendy’s so bad!!

Large chili only 2/3rds full, completely watery and only 11 beans!! COUNTED THEM. No Chili sauce. Burger arrived with no burger, nor condiments, Only a bun and slice of tomato! Wendy's location Largo, FL 33774 on Oakhurst/Walsingham Rd.

They’re supposed to close at 1 AM but if you go at 1230 AM they ignore you and hide in the kitchen. Waited 10 minutes with no service and drove by the windows and saw them hiding.

Shout out to the awesome staff who served me the last 2 mornings. Coffee is great breakfast sandwich was perfect and the staff were exceptional. Dave would he proud.

If I was able to give zero stars I would this is the third time that we've got our entire order wrong, going through the drive thru. It sucks because I actually really love Wendy's, but I will not come back here again. I much rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of the way, if that means I'll have my order correct and fresh and hot.
If this Wendy's wasn't out of my way I would only come here. I only ever get the best service here and it was no exception with the manager Danielle. She's a Rockstar and she is always smiling :-) TY!!!

I wouldnt send an enemy into this store in the evenings, worst crew and management ive seen at a Wendys franchise. No respect to the customers, stood there for 5+ minutes without even an acknowledgement of standing there and they werent busy at the time. Avoid this particular Wendys, go to the next one u find.

After getting an undercooked burger here last time, we decided to try it again woth hopes for a better experience..... got another undercooked burger again today.... they definitely need to train their cooks. Fast food burgers should not be pink as they are thin patties....I get they have a timing limit, but serving undercooked food is worse.....will not return to this Wendy's.
