It’s the service here that ruins this place. Who ever was on headset (2-21-25) kept interrupting me. Repeatedly asked “anything else? anything else?” in a rushed manner and not allowing me to talk. Uhh yes! How about let me finish saying my order before rudely interrupting me I wasn’t even done with the sentence!

I stopped in for a quick lunch today. It was almost instantly out of the kitchen after I paid the cashier. The cashier, Elmina, per my ticket, was cheerful, offered to carry my try and actually counted my change while I watched. Great service. For fast food chicken, they did it well. The white meat wasn't dried out like so many places manage to serve.

Mari was amazing she greeted us when we walked in was very friendly. Me and my family got food for dine in and she brought it to our table with plates without us asking!

I really enjoy this Zaxby’s! My family sometimes eats lunch here on Sundays, or I’ll come solo on a Sunday afternoon to have some quiet time, read, and enjoy their tea and crunchy ice ;) It’s great for families with kids, since kids eat free with an adult entree. Sherika in particular is incredibly friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need when we’re here.

We go to this Zaxby's at least twice a month. Went to the drive thru this time, 02/06/25, got our 2 #5 KC sandwich meals, we also ordered cheddar bites with ranch sauce. Got the ranch sauce, NO cheddar bites! I called back when my boyfriend notice we got ripped off. Someone took my name and number, but nothing came of it. Thanks for the sauce!

I’ve been going to zaxbys for my entire life and this is by far the greatest service I’ve ever gotten! Sherika (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so nice and helpful and taught me things I didn’t even know abt the menu. I will be returning to this location bc of this service
