Boston beef is authentic the beef sandwich’s are really solid.
Always a good quick bite on the lauderdale by the sea strip.
They have a couple outdoor tables but there is more tables to the right in front of the pet store that you can sit at and no one bats an eye.

Ordered a large Northshore Roast beef sandwich 3 way. Everything about the sandwich was excellent other than the fact the roast beef was not very warm. I will give it a second chance. Not easy to find a real Northshore beef sandwich in Southeast, FL like this.

Stumbled upon this gem! Lisa (sp) is a trip, and her food is excellent. Best Philly Cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Ate here several times over the week we had here over Thanksgiving. Several family members had their cheesesteaks and everyone loved them. Lisa gave me a pinch of her fresh roast beef that was excellent as well. If the cheesesteak wasn’t soo good, I would have had an RB sammy!!
Next time we are in the area, we will certainly find our way back here for more great food!!

Was looking forward to trying this place as I loooove a good Philly cheesesteak, my top 3 fav meals. I had 2 bites and unfortunately tossed the rest away because I just couldn't (waste of $15 plus delivery, tips, and fees). It had such a fatty taste and smell. Like cheap burger meat being cooked, how McDonald's smells outside. They use American for cheese which is such a disappointment given all the yummy options available here. I've never thrown out a meal before but I really just couldn't.
Originally I gave it a 3 star because it was more about my preferences rather than quality issues. But the owner seems to think everyone has an axe to grind when leaving anything but a 5 star. So here is my sharpened axe.
So you can take your paying customers feedback, or just disagree and blame it on personal vendettas (even though I'm a visitor and this was my first time here). Won't be back.

Was a delicious early sat launch! Food was great! Service was spot on. Pleasant atmosphere. Glad we ate here!

I walked in to try the Boston 3 way after seeing it on Instagram. Walked in and was greeted by Patty, Let me start by saying that’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life… Patty then got into telling me a little bit about the shop and how they also make really great cheesesteaks. I let her know I had a place I go and she sat me down then proceeded to make me the best cheesesteak I’ve had in the south Florida area! This is a must try establishment!

Fun Spot. Delicious sandwich and fries. Lady was nice and told the story of the restaurant etc.
I'd recommend the boston beef sandwhich "3 way" with the bbq sauce. Simple and effective sandwhich that exceeded expectations/hype.

If you ever want to be treated badly go in the morning when the lady is opening the door she is the rudest person you will ever meet, for that reason we will never support this place

Stood alone for quite some time until the sole occupant came from in the back. We almost just left since it seemed abandoned.
She seemed quite nice and of the helpful nature.
Lobster roll was slightly dry but fishy. Likely stale lobster. But plenty of it.
Fries were great.
Maybe if they had more help. Overall underwhelming compared to the price.
