Kilwins is one of my favorites, but tonight was a big miss. I realize this is a premium ice cream shop, but $20 for two small mushy single scoops in a cup is crazy. Our server even weighed them to make sure we weren't getting too much. Do better Kilwins for the price at least serve cold ice cream.

Kilwins is basically a sweet tooth paradise. From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by the smell of fresh fudge, chocolate, and waffle cones. They have a huge selection of treats — fudge, candies, chocolates, caramel apples, and of course ice cream.

We tried the dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream and both were excellent. The dulce de leche was rich and creamy with great caramel flavor, and the vanilla was classic, smooth, and perfectly sweet.

Been in here a few times. Decent people working there. Normally only see one person at a time working so if you’re not in a hurry then this place won’t disappoint. If you’re in a hurry then go home. Don’t ruin the experience for others
