I drive a little out of the way to go to this Dunkin for corporate breakfast. The staff is always pleasant. The manager Sonya(I hope I spelled her name right) is super helpful in a crunch. I’ve been here many times. Most recently, I experienced a user error using the app to make a purchase for pick up the next morning, and I had to quickly drive to the store to get in person assistance. The drive thru line gets backed up often, but the employees here work very hard, especially on days where it seems they have less people work, the line keeps moving. I appreciate their hard work as well as their politeness at the drive thru window upon picking up my order. GREAT staff!

While I never have any issue with the food, it is the drink, a simple sweet iced tea always seems fermented. I do not go to this Dunkin often, but when i do, I seem to always forget to not order the sweet iced tea, and every time I do, I am out of money. Who wants to drink sizzling sweet iced tea?
I have no issue with the wait time, it is fair especially since I go during the morning rush and the staff do what they can to get you out of there.
