Visited here today very clean place atmosphere is very nice. The service was great. The people that work. There are very nice. The coconut water is fresh out of the coconut like if you were to go to the swap shop and get it poured out into the container I had the goat soup and the jerk chicken with oxtail gravy on right rice impeccable I will be visiting here moreoften.

My fiancé and I came from Palm Beach gardens all the way up there just to get disappointed. The jerk chicken was DRY THE CABBAGE HAD NO SEASONING AT ALL
Some of the rice was hard and spots was very disappointed will never ever ever ever go back!!!!

First time here this afternoon and the food was really good!

This is the 4th time I'm receiving spoiled food!!! Waste of money, will not eat here again. Disappointed because I use to like this place. 2 times spoiled salmon and 2 or 3 times spoiled rice!

I used to really love this spot, been coming here since the plandemic, 2020. The lunch special, the goat soup, curry, pineapple&ginger juice are my faves. Not sure why but the last two occasions I visited, the food was not as good as expected. The soup was not flavorful and had no body or color to it, the fried chicken was over fried and dry like chana, sitting under the light too long. Perhaps the original cook(s) are no longer in house but things are definitely not the same as have been for like 3 years.

Best JA eat-in or take-out restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Portions and prices are very reasonable and the food is good! Good! GOOD!!

Just a heads up for the amazing chefs. The stew peas an pig tail was good ?? but a little salt.

The food was soooooo good. Nothing was dry or overcooked. Came on a Sunday and ATE HAPPILY ? The only crime is that there is a sign at the front that says you can get a plate for $5.50. That’s what brought me there…. But for two plates brown stew chicken, peas and rice and cabbage and soursop juice for $20 wasn’t bad. I’ll do it again if the food is cooked like that every time ??
