We're Vietnamese. My family and I loved #3 Banh Mi Dac Biet (Bistro Special). The bread is crunchy. Meat is well-seasoned, paté and home-made mayo sauce just melt in your mouth, giving your taste bud a tasty explosion. Avacado smoothies, soursop smoothies, durian smoothies are all good. The owner give us a top of the line service. She is friendly and give us recommendation for other restaurants/attractions to go and visit.

I found Huong's Bistro at the Saigon Food Festival where they had a little tent. I ordered a chicken banh mi and it was honestly delicious. A banh mi seems simple to make but there's actually a lot that goes into it. The bread has to be soft but also provide a nice texture, the pickled veg needs to give some acidity but not overpower and the chicken needs to be well-seasoned and cooked properly. It was all done very well here.
I didn't go into their restaurant but even in the tent at the food festival, I could tell the food was made and kept well. It was sanitary, well-labeled and you can tell the folks who work here have a lot of pride in their food and how they present it.
10/10 would recommend.

Got scammed here. $21 for 2 cups of sugar cane juice. I’ve never felt so betrayed by my own people. When I asked why I was charged so much for sugar water, I was given a sob story. Btw, my family is in the restaurant business and we sell 1 cup of sugarcane juice for $2. Your Google Menu says $4.75 but I know you’re going to reply to this and say that’s pricing from 2016. Good luck with business

Love the banh mi and my pennyworth with boba. Healthy alternative to fast food. You'll never gain a pound eating this on the regular! You get what you pay for, not the cheapest but love goes in preparing the food and it's one of the cleanest for food. I rather pay for good food and knowing that my food is prepared with cleanliness.

The Vietnamese ice coffee is already pre mixed before you order it. They fill up the cup with a lot of ice and the coffee is so bitter because of the lack of condensed milk. I've had Vietnamese coffee in so many places, and this is by far the worst tasting Vietnamese coffee. I even asked the lady to add some condensed milk and she refused because she didn't have time. By the way, we were a group of 4 and no on else was there before we got there, during our time there, and while we were still parked. The place was empty, but she had no time. Save your coins and your time and find a better place to enjoy delicious Vietnamese drinks.

I just had the best Bahn Mi of my life! The bread was perfect. The head cheese was scrumptious! The contents were delicious especially the spicy spread and garlic spread! I had some shrimp spring rolls and they were to die for! I am now going to be a lifelong customer! Lol.
